Funky hotel in a great location
For a visit to the monasteries of Meteora, this is in a great location, with nice views of the surrounding mountains. Our room was spare, with bad mattresses and a barely functional shower. The public spaces are much nicer. The lobby bar is comfy, and the breakfast buffet was nice. If you are driving, this seems like a better choice than a hotel in town, where parking is scarce.

Ο χώρος υποδοχής καθώς και η τραπεζαρία είναι όντως 4 αστέρων . Η θέα απίστευτη προς τα μετέωρα καθώς και η τοποθεσία,μια και είναι εκτός του οικιστικού ιστού οπότε σαν αποτέλεσμα έχει απίστευτη ησυχία. Το πρωινό για ένα τέτοιο συγκρότημα το θεώρησα μέτριο,καθώς παρατήρησα αρκετές ελλείψεις σε βασικά προϊόντα ( ενδεικτικά θα πω το πιο απλό , δεν είχε Μερέντα για τα παιδιά ) . Μελομακάρονο για πρωινό ;;; Οκ δεκτό ότι είναι γιορτές αλλά από το μελομακάρονο , ένα scramble egg είναι προτιμότερο το οποίο δεν υπήρχε. Από φαγητό που δοκιμάσαμε το τελευταίο απόγευμα , θα πω και εδώ μέτριο κι ένα μενού τύπου ταχυφαγείου. Τα δωμάτια για τις τιμές που πληρώσαμε , τα λες υπερεκτιμημένα , και χρήζουν μικρής ανακαίνισης .Σε family room ήσουίτα όπως έχει συνηθίσει ο νεοέλληνας να τα ονομάζει, δύο υπνοδωματίων , μοκέτες είχε μόνο το ένα δωμάτιο. Τα στρώματα στα μόνα κρεβάτια ήταν σκληρά σαν πέτρα λες και έμενε φακίρης πριν από εμάς ενώ το διπλό κρεβάτι είχε ένα πολύ άνετο στρώμα. Επανέρχομαι στη τιμή καθώς όταν ζητάτε αυτά που ζητάτε επειδή είναι και Χριστούγεννα και το καταλαβαίνω απόλυτα θα πρέπει να είστε σε θέση να τα καλύψετε, το εξαεριστικο στο μπάνιο , ανήκει και αυτό στο χώρο και χρήζει καθαρισμού μια και είχε αλλάξει χρώμα από τη σκόνη , η μπανιέρα και το τζάμι της καλό θα ήταν να μην έχουν μαύρα στίγματα μούχλας. Το δεύτερο δωμάτιο της παρέας , είχε την πολυτέλεια να έχει ιδιωτική πισίνα από το λούκι του μπάνιου. Γενικά έχω την εντύπωση ότι το ξενοδοχείο το άνοιξαν μόνο για τις γιορτές άρα ήταν εντελώς προχειροδουλειά ίσα να μαζέψουν ότι προλάβουν . Δεν το προτείνω σίγουρα για αυτή τη στιγμή που μιλάμε αλλά ο καθένας αποφασίζει μόνος του που θα πετάξει τα λεφτά του , δυστυχώς εγώ δεν είχα πολλές επιλογές καθώς κατάφερα τελευταία στιγμή να βρω δύο μέρες κενό να περάσω με την οικογένεια τις γιορτές και οι επιλογές ήταν μηδαμινές. Σύμφωνα με τις πληροφορίες που πήρα , φορτιστή για αυτοκίνητο είχαν αλλά χάλασε και είναι στα σχέδια να το φτιάξουν για την επόμενη σεζόν . Για να πω την αλήθεια δεν είδα πουθενά να υπάρχει αλλά οκ.
