Worst hotel experience I've ever had. The room has strange smells, with two flies' companion, which I couldn't bear with. Simplest facilities. The desk people is nice but the boss is unreasonable. It took almost three hours to make them agree to cancel the reservation, but still charge me $10 for nothing .

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! DO NOT STAY HERE NO MATTER WHAT! THE ROOM WAS FILTHY. THE DOOR HAD BEEN PREVIOUSLY BUSTED IN AND DID NOT SHUT PROPERLY. THE BEDDING WAS DIRTY AND HAD MILDEW. DESPITE BEING A NON SMOKING ROOM, THERE WERE CIGARETTE BURNS EVERYWHERE.

The bed had stains on it and hairs all over the walls and pillows. It smells like sh*t in the rooms and the rooms have flees and bed bugs from the one night I had to stay there after a tornado ripped through my trailer park. We also had to go ask for towels before finding out the hot water in our room didn’t turn on and we didn’t even have a remote for our tv in the room.

The rooms are clean, nice and spacious but the door had an air leak in it. Maybe they should get that fixed. Overall it is a nice place to stay and the staff has been very helpful. The motel has places to eat nearby, gas stations. Eat at MCD, Denny's, or other places around the motel.

Look the only thing nice to say about this visit is customer service was cool and that's it no heat no phone not fridge no microwave just horrible and it's so cold and I have a child coming to me this is not gonna work
