Baymont by Wyndham Kalamazoo East

It was horrible from the moment we walked in if I was able to get refunded for the room I would have left and went somewhere else. The hotel stunk so bad we had to plug our nose until we got to our room. the toilet was broken we had to have someone fix it who didnt know what he was doing and after he said he fixed it it was so loud when it flushed, the bathroom door didnt even shut fully, the heater blew out cold air, it was so loud outside with other people yelling and vehicles going through it sounded like my window was open which it was not, my bed was on wooden blocks in the front. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know nor will I ever book this hotel again. Very very poor hotel if I could give a 0 I would have.

I was rented a room with no tv. The tv was in the room but didnt work at all. Told there was no other rooms available.

Be careful I made a reservation, the hotel was over booked, I drove 3 hours to find out it was overbooked. No calls or communication from their end. The next cheapest hotel was $350 for the night. All I got from the front desk was “don’t know what to tell ya” While I was trying to figure something out and looking for recommendations the front seat was too worried about talking to her friends.
