I need to have an option that reads “subpar”. I wouldn’t say it was poor by any means. But for a Bonvoy property, the rooms were blasé. Almost like the attempt to modernized was simply a coverup. Pros: The staff, the staff, and the staff. Reid, the bartender at the hotel bar was the highlight of our trip. Fascinating individual and hilarious. We will come back just to talk to him some more. Lobby / hotel bar are nicely done. Little grab and go food nook to get a snack. The beds and sheets are true Sheraton. I’d like to take them all home. Won’t fit in suitcase. Quiet room. Couldn’t hear much outside room. Maybe not much was happening. I, personally, like the loud fan on heat / ac unit. As soon as it goes this, we could hear the people in room next door having a conversation. No curtains but the black out shades worked wonderfully. Cons: See photos Closet in room was taken out and rack and safe just kinda hang there. Weird. Coffee maker in lobby is fancy! But the biggest cup that will fit is a baby styrofoam cup. There was liquid creamer though. Plus. The bathroom. So much potential. Dirty walls. Paper thin towels. Bleh. Elevator smelled terrible. Not hotel’s fault. Overall it was just meh for $170 a night. Expected a better room.

Great stay. Good location. Clean room. King bed takes up most of the room however it’s fine for a stay. Friendly staff at both check-in and check-out. Breakfast was minimal, but Denny’s is next door if you’re needing a full breakfast. Will definitely stay here again!

worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The people were fine, however.... No lock on the door - it was ripped out and never replaced Shower was filthy, and the hand held device point directly at the wall and could not be aimed. The shower curtain was 6-8 inches to short allowing lots of water to pool on the tile The safety rail around the tub may not have been secured at one end. The electrical in the bathroom was terrible...the main light switch didn't have a cover, meaning with wet hands, one might have been able to touch live wires. The toggle switch besides the light switch was pushed into the wall and appeared non functional. The refrigerator was replaced with a odd looking replacement - I did not use. Under the fridge was a piece of chip board which was swelled up and appeared to be something someone could stub their toe and end up with a big sliver. The linens and bedding were very clean, however the pillows may have overstayed their welcome. The TV was about half the size of a normal set, and the programming available was terrible. The exterior window appeared to look like someone had tried to break in from out side, as the frame was bent. The privacy blinds were not long enough, so if you closed them them light came in from the ends etc. The windows had lost the seal some time ago. It looked they were very dirty but simply highly fogged over. Breakfast started at 7a, and I was there at 7:20 to find: toaster doesn't work at all. Tried to make a waffle, but the unit wasn't even warm. Only 1 of the 4 juices had anything in it. I tried the ”fakey” fried eggs, and they were ok, but surely not warm. I had a piece of sausage and could have pounded nails in with it. It the lobby the public bathrooms were locked, and the Ice water with lemon was out and all of the ice melted.

We were here for. baseball tournament in town and it very much met our bsic needs for the weekend. It was clean and well stocked with towels, etc. There is a fridge in the room as well. We did not use the pool, so I can't comment on that. Breakfast was fine. We didn't eat any hot items (except for oatmeal), but just had cereal, fruit, bagel, etc. For the price, I didn't expect much. What I do want to comment is the gentleman who was working at the desk on our last morning there (July 8). When I was getting breakfast he asked what kind of car I drove, because there had been some kind of situation in the parking lot overnight and one of the cars was damaged and he was trying to figure out which guest it was so he could notify them. I started to describe my car and he knew exactly which one and assured me I was good. We checked out and headed to the baseball game, and I got a call from that same man letting me know that the housekeeping staff had found my son's girlfriend's stuffed animal he had brought with us. We had no idea we had left it behind, but were so thankful he took the time to call us and let us know. Fortunately we were able to go back and get it before heading the 3 hours home. I feel that was above and beyond what was expected. We've left things behind before in other places and called and they were never recovered. I wish I had caught his name (perhaps it was Rajit, but I am not 100% sure) . Thank you!

In town for a Junior roller derby bout. I’m so glad I chose this place. Fridge, microwave, plenty of outlets and USB ports. Everything is clean and pretty new looking. The gentleman who has been working today, Trey, was extremely welcoming. Besides that, I’ve seen him working hard all evening. I sat for a while in the lobby, drinking fresh coffee, reading a book and was very comfortable. I hope to be in town again and will stay here.

Booked this hotel as a last minute emergency hotel switch. We accidental booked a seedy joint across the street (baymont). Seeing the clientele that went in and out we quickly searched and found this hotel. Called them around noon to book and was able to check in immediately. Which was important because we were from out of town and needed to get ready for a wedding. The hotel is updated and appeared very nice. Traveling with my wife and 16 month old kid. We found out that their pool was open which was a plus. There’s a small game room adjacent and a decent sized workout room with a cable machine, dumbbells, cardio equipment etc. it’s free to make a marriot bonvoy account and I think that why we got the early check in. Would book again if we were ever in the area. Do your research, there’s a reason why some hotels are $60/night.
