I have visited grt for my anniversaryy. Kumaresan, he is the manager helped me with all the detail’s. The decor was sop good and neat . The stafff is good and so polite. Everything was donee perfectly. Thank you grt forr making our day special.

Excellent service by GRT team Very nice food Good house keeping in rooms Staff are very polite and helpful But one suggestion to the management to keep chairs at reception because we are observing the people are standing so long hours, express checkin and smooth checkout , special thanks to panisha for taking care and good hospitality.

Great service at the hotel. Rooms were nice and big. Location of the hotel is very good. At the restauranat, chef Ajmat Khan was caring as always. Also Kumaresan and Birin were very good at their jobs. Would recommend others to stay at this hotel.

Ideal for business trips in Kakinada. Comfortable bed, clean room and hot shower. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent. The chef and staff at the restaurant were very accommodating. Hotel even has a pillow menu. Would stay again.

Sumitra service is sublime and excellent at what she does, but the food is average. French toast is below par. Shrimp curry felt they cooked with old shrimp. There is lot of areas for improvement when it comes how the food is cooked . Juices can be freshly squeezed instead of cold pressed

Beautiful hotel. Got a suite room which is ok for at least 6 people. Huge 2 beds which can accommodate 6 people. Pillows are fluffy. Bed is comfortable. Restaurant is awesome. Huge no. of foodstuffs. Pinky Thapa and Riya Sharma helped me a lot to choose the foodstuffs. They are really helpful and committed to their work.

The north indian food was delicious and the credit goes to the smiling chef and staff. Also giving 5 soaked almonds for morning give memory of my childhood time when my mother used to give in the every morning. Food north amd south both wad delicious. Also giving pillow choice . Thanks to the management and staff.
