I visited many time to GRT whenever I entered I feel like home because of the people who welcome me with the beautiful smiles. I would like to mention mainly from front desk Ms.Prasanthi Ms.Ramalakshmi and Ms.Namratha they are doing a very good job. Thanks to them for making my stay memorable everytime. Kudos to GRT. Excellent Stay at GRT Grand Kakinada I had an absolutely wonderful experience at GRT Grand in Kakinada. The hotel offers top-notch hospitality, clean and spacious rooms, and excellent facilities. The staff were incredibly courteous and always ready to assist with a smile. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Everything was well organized, and I felt very comfortable and welcomed throughout my stay. A special thanks to ( Sumitra) for their outstanding service and personal attention, which truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kakinada.

My two-night stay at GRT Grand Kakinada, from check-in on July 15th, 2025, to check-out on July 17th, was truly exceptional. What made it stand out was the genuine warmth and sincerity shown by every single team member. From the front desk to housekeeping, the restaurant staff, room service, and even the employee at the front gate, every interaction showed that Service with a Smile is their way of life, not just a motto. I was most impressed by how this positive spirit was consistent across all departments, which is a clear sign of strong leadership and an empowered team. I want to give special praise to the Human Resources team and the Leadership team, for their key role in creating such a spirited and guest-focused environment.
