施設が古いだけ。
色々と口コミでは書いてあるけれども、ノース棟に泊まればいいだけ。「設備が古い」以外は良い施設だと思う。
ただ、いくつか気になった点
１:温泉施設棟まで遠い。行きは下り、帰りは登り。温まってから急坂を登ると汗をかいて意味がない。バスはもっとこまめにでていてほしい。１５分毎とか３０分毎ではなく。
２、夕飯の際、ドリンクを作る方がずううううううっと携帯をいじっていて、ホールにすら目を向けない。その間他の方は忙しそうに動いている。仮に下に書類などが合って、発注業務をしていたとしても、それはバックオフィスでやって、もっとホールに目を向けるべきだし、パートやアルバイトを、手伝うべき。上に立つ者は皆の手本になってほしい。
３:売店の女性、フロントスタッフさん達が非常に感じよかった。

スリッパがメッシュで良かった。部屋風呂の浴槽も広くて良い。電子ポットが使いやすかった。閑散期だったからかお客さんが少なくてちょっと寂しい 繁忙期なのか閑散期なのかを調べてから行った方がいいです 調べたところ１台１５万円ほどするベッドだそうで疲れがとれてやはりホテルは宿泊に特化した場所だなと
