Golf Hotel Kakamega

No air conditioning OR fan! Went to bed to the sound of very LOUD, live disco music from the pool area. I complained repeatedly but ended up having to use ear plugs, hold the pillow over my ear, and eventually take a sleeping pill. In the morning, unbelievably, I woke to loud construction noise as they were erecting scaffolding for renovations right across the hall from my bedroom door. Then they let it be known that they had fumigation of the entire hotel (including the beds) at 10AM. I made sure to get out of there before that.

We had an exceptional experience, I was there with my girls and really enjoyed our stay.The staff were so friendly and the food esp. the breakfast was really good! The only area that I would like the hotel to improve on is water in the rooms, a bottle of 500ml is so small.

The Golf Hotel is a wonderful option if you're looking for a place in Kakamega. The grounds are beautiful and the people go out of their way to accommodate you in every way. We had a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children) and will stay stain when we return.

The lunch was wonderful since the number of people was small. Last time when the number of guests were many. We'd like to request that food for many should be done with more consideration. Thank you, thank you. Much appreciated. We appreciate having known this place.

An unexpected visit, came in for lunch and left with an unexpected experience. My friends and I really enjoyed the ambience, the food and to top it all was the service. Hamphrey O made us feel at home, decent gentleman, wonderful service from him.
