No air conditioning OR fan! Went to bed to the sound of very LOUD, live disco music from the pool area. I complained repeatedly but ended up having to use ear plugs, hold the pillow over my ear, and eventually take a sleeping pill. In the morning, unbelievably, I woke to loud construction noise as they were erecting scaffolding for renovations right across the hall from my bedroom door. Then they let it be known that they had fumigation of the entire hotel (including the beds) at 10AM. I made sure to get out of there before that.

Swimming was so enjoyable,,i loved the service here,,food was delicious and yummy,,can't wait to be back in golf hotel,,my experience here was in another level,,we had fun as friends and even at individual level,,thanks so much Golf hotel for welcoming us

It is a nice place to be ,next time we gona come with more friends to visit this place again and am sure they will enjoy as I have the place is super cool with it's delicious meals and good welcoming staff ,the staff gave humbled time to do all that we can do with good direction

The service is amazing. Went there for afterschool ice cream with my son. It was quiet, calm. Just what we needed to hide from the hot kakamega sun and just rhe perfect reception for a stressful day. The staff are very helpful. They check up on you, very kind and welcoming. The service time is fast and the wait time is super minimal. Felt very appreciated actually. They are accommodating and kind. The ambience is cool and very relaxing. Perfect for a quiet chillout. The air is clean. They've got trees. No noise from traffic. Loved it. Thank you.

Went for my swimming classes in January and I received an amazing service starting from the reception to the swimming lessons which I perfected in 5 days. Very affordable classes and a good trainer epecially for beginners, totally recommend. On top of that they have amazing affordable food. Loved my experience there.

The service and rooms were really good. Hot showers, clean rooms, fresh air, good food and friendly staff. Only challenge met was when a festival was being held on ground that made a lot of noise till 2am. And the picky eaters in our group didn't like a few of the food selections, but found others much better. But really appreciate them taking care of the elderly in our group. They felt warm and welcomed.
