It was a nice experience for us to be staying in a japanese house and sleeping on the floor. It is less comfortable compare to a hotel but we were able to appreciate the experience and we used it to just sleep because we left very early and goes back very late also. Never met any representative but anyway it's a guest house. If you want to experience a Japanese way of staying then you can book this place.

I used it when I visited Osaka to ride the Mizuma Line! I walked a little far from the station, but it's fun to walk to places you don't usually go to, so I think it's good for people who enjoy it!
