衞生：需要加強，良好
服務：有待提高，沒有感受到特別優良的服務
酒店有一個自屬博物館，辦入住的時候，會提供免費參觀券。

謝謝酒店給升級了房型，硬件設施都不錯，但房間裏會有少許油漆味，可能才剛開幾個月。離鳳凰湖公園比較近，散步走過去挺好。早餐去得晚，好幾位住客都抱怨沒啥菜了，不過阿姨服務積極。

經常來開遠一直住的維也納，這次維也納漲價漲的離譜，就臨時預訂了這家酒店，説實話有點驚艷到我了，我們車子開到地下室的時候覺得酒店真不錯，地下室都搞的那麼乾淨，來到前台辦完入住一路去房間酒店的一草一木，各種擺件一下子就讓內心安靜下來了，不得不説，中式建築的魅力還在上升！房間很寬敞，設施都很齊全，服務也很好，總之這次入住體驗很好！要是衞生能再仔細一點就更棒了（衞生間淋浴房裡有一個透明的塑料袋和牙膏）
