I highly do not recommend this hotel. The night before check-in, I called customer service to confirm the opening of the swimming pool, and they assured me that the swimming pool would be open normally. However, when I went for a swim on the day I checked in, I was told that the pool was not available for use and they said it would not open until the next afternoon. So I decided to try again the next afternoon, but unfortunately, they told me that the pool was still closed. This feeling of being deceived by the front desk three times in a row made me very unhappy. Their staff had no trust at all, and they were really trying to deceive tourists.
The hotel is close to the road and is very noisy when sleeping at night. The noise from the road continued late into the night and there were mosquitoes in the room!
All in all, the service quality of this hotel was very poor and left me with a very bad stay experience. I am extremely disappointed with their deceptive behavior. Their perfunctory attitude and lack of trust are unacceptable.
