Our stay at Paloma Resort in Alleppey was nothing short of extraordinary. Nestled right on the bank of the serene Backwater Lake, this resort delivers a truly immersive experience in the heart of Kerala’s natural beauty. The moment we stepped onto the property, we were struck by the calm atmosphere and the warm welcome from the staff, whose genuine hospitality set the tone for our entire visit. Our room, which faced the expansive lake, offered an incredible view. Waking up to the shimmering waters of Backwater Lake and soaking in the peaceful vibes from our private balcony was an experience we won’t soon forget. It felt as if nature was just an arm’s length away, and every sunset over the lake was pure magic. The culinary journey at Paloma Resort was equally impressive. The dishes were crafted with love, highlighting the freshest local ingredients and offering a delightful range of vegetarian delicacies that tantalized our taste buds. This is the second visit for me at paloma. The property is conveniently located near the highway and faces a lake. The lake view rooms offer uninterrupted views and a great sunset. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The staff is courteous and room service is good too. The food, unfortunately, was not up to the mark as per last time.
