Awesome stay in Kona
Stayed with a family of 5 and really liked our stay. Communication was great, clean room, nice pool, location was in the middle of our activities, supplies like umbrellas and towels provided, felt safe. The only drawback was there was only a tiny AC. But after we decided to leave the windows open and patio sliding door open, the breeze went through and it felt ok. The windows have these very large blinds and you can't see in even when open, so it felt safe

4 night stay in Kailua-Kona
The location of this condo cannot be beat. all the best restuarants and bars are just a few steps away. However, we could not get into the room until 4:25 due to late cleaning. Additionally, we were very disappointed to find out the condo did not have air-conditioning as it had listed in the ad. The owner then told us that the small box in the bedroom would blow cool air once we filled it with chilled water. However that did not work as it was missing the outlet plug adaptor. I tired several of my own and that did not work.

Big Island Oasis
Probably the best location in Kona. So convenient to everything and every place to see and do in the Kona area. Having 2 bathrooms is a huge plus and the washer/dryer keeps you fresh and clean. Lanai is spectacular plus beach items are top shelf quality. Melissa is easy to communicate with and seems to care about her guests and property. Kitchen is well furnished and fridge is big. Enjoy!

Great Get-a-way
Simple but thorough and thoughtful. Location is wonderful in the heart of activity. Accessible to shops and restaurants, but can occasionally be noisy. Easy to hop onto the highways to venture out to the other parts of the island. Beautiful Hawai'i.

Good time in Kona
The location was great, the two bathrooms were very handy, the supplies were very convenient, the pool was beautiful, the view from the lanai was beautiful. The only problem was that the bedroom window faced the driveway and the game courts. The noise from the driveway and the courts was occasionally disturbing late or early.
We had a wonderful stay there.

We stayed for four days, and it was a wonderful experience. The building and equipment weren’t new, but everything was clean, calm, and convenient. Best of all, we could access everything on foot. I’d love to stay here again next time.

Great value for money, clean and well equipped.
Very clean and well equipped and great location, with food and drinks tight next door. Covered parking provided, and easy check in. Plenty of thought has gone into equipping this property, with extra pillows, blankets, beach towels looks and beach gear provided.. this was really appreciated as we were travelling light. A couple of items that could benefit from a little attention are the vertical blinds in the lounge which are missing at least one slat meaning it is difficult to sleep ( and my usual clothes pegs to keep curtains closed doesn’t work) and we also never managed to lock the outside door on the deck (which may have just been us) . No air conditioning was a little problematic as for us the temperature was sweaty, (but others may be fine) , and the pool was icy cold ( unheated and received no sun). Plenty of closet space and a well equipped kitchen to cook in, and 2 bathrooms made the stay pleasant. While the master bed was very comfortable the sofa bed and the rollaway bed might be suitable for children but not adults. They could both benefit from a topper pad. Finally there were instruction not to move furniture. but it was impossible to extend the sofa bed or position the rollaway without moving coffee tables. Overall a pleasant stay in clean surroundings, and good value for money.

Perfect place
The property was all we could ask for. Our lanai overlooked the pool and we could see the ocean. No need for air-conditioning as the breeze was perfect. Everything we need as there, Good location to Kona and the farmers market was within walking distance, We would definitely stay in that unit again
