The front desk staff was patient and friendly. We arrived late and needed to reserve the parking lot in advance, so we were unable to park there. We parked at another hotel nearby, and the parking fee was $35 per night. There is an ABC convenience store nearby, which is convenient for purchasing daily necessities.

1. The hotel charged me 100 dollars more. The first time, they said I consumed drinks in the hotel, and I consumed 4 dollars of coconut water. This was already a normal deduction. The second time, they said I parked in the hotel. I park in the public parking lot outside the hotel every day, and the hotel is talking nonsense. 2. Without saying hello, they assumed that they would not clean the room. I told them the next day, but they didn’t do it. I stayed for 4 nights in total and they told me twice, but they didn’t do it once. 3. I read the bad reviews, and there are many customers who have the same experience as me. The general feedback is that they deduct money at will. Everyone should read the bad reviews before booking a hotel. I really don’t recommend this hotel. But I really like Ctrip and try to communicate with the hotel to fight for benefits! Unfortunately, the hotel is playing rogue and hasn’t refunded my money yet. I sincerely suggest that Ctrip should not list this hotel. Remove it from the shelves quickly. Chinese people don’t cheat Chinese people.

1. This is the third review I wrote on Ctrip 2. This is the worst hotel I have seen in 30 years 3. The safety of this hotel is very worrying. The front desk is next to the room. Is there a meeting? 4. The front desk service is terrible. It's like who's the boss 5. I doubt all the good reviews of this hotel. I don't see any advantages of this hotel. The pictures on Ctrip are simply scams 6. I changed hotels immediately that night and didn't check in. I haven't refunded my money yet. They are still arguing. I posted this to everyone to avoid the first SB hotel in Dadao
