酒店工作人員服務態度很差，而且酒店的枕頭一大股煙味超級臭，床單上有很多細碎的頭髮，嚴重懷疑沒有更換床單，住希爾頓歡朋酒店系列這麼久以來第一次遇到這麼差的。

由於對希爾頓品牌和服務的信賴，希爾頓歡朋是我每次旅行的首選。凱里希爾頓歡朋酒店同樣出色，前台工作人員禮貌周到，主動為我升級了房間。酒店的早餐品種豐富，咖啡好喝。配有地面和地下停車場，車位充足，停車方便。健身房的設施較多且專業，方便健身人士在旅途中訓練。
