服務非常差程序上寫的免費停車但是那個停車場是收費的入住前我就在前台問了但是沒人提示 聯繫後酒店以有牌子提示拒絕退停車費我一定要去看你牌子？我都直接問了沒人提示酒店的服務人員腦子用來幹嘛的
