There were many inaccurate descriptions of the hot springs, which was disappointing. I'm sure they have their own hot spring source, but what is the actual volume of the spring water??? The water was circulated normally and disinfected with chlorine. Of course, the water is not drinkable, and I wonder how much we can trust the display that says it's under repair. The free private open-air bath smells like a drain pipe, and the water is murky with what looks like human sebum and mold. The food is not bad. I thought there was a discount on the accommodation fee, but there wasn't. I was fooled by the many discounts that were not applicable, and I regret it.

樽、洞窟、*の貸切温泉は日帰り利用が可能。3千円で50分貸し切れます。スタンプカードがあり、4回利用したら5回目が無料になる特典付き。樽温泉は他よりぬるめで子供にも入りやすい印象でした。洞窟温泉は物凄く広くて、10人で入ってもまだ入れるんじゃないかという広さ（3人で入ったのでとても贅沢に感じました）。*温泉は*型の低温サウナが外についていて、じっとり温まれますが真冬はあまり温度が上がらず寒かったので、真冬は樽か洞窟がオススメです。

このコロナ禍にあって、経営が厳しいという事は 私にもよく判っています。 しかしながら、それでももっと出来ることは あるのでは無いでしょうか。 打撃を受けているのは、私たち消費者も同じなのですから、、 まず、部屋が汚い。 ポットの中のお湯のはずが、水、、。 これは、どういう事なんだろうと戸惑いました。 湯沸かし器で沸かしてお茶を入れました。 今時、ミネラルウォーターが置いていないところも珍しいなと。 ミネラルウォーターを、わざわざ売店で買いました。 寝具。 本当にヤバいくらいの汚れ、鼻血の跡、ほこり、、 そして、下のマット？は、なんかシミが出来ている。 バスタオル 資金が焦げついていたとしても、せめて、前取っ替えすべき。 バッサバッサで、せっかく温泉に入って顔のケアをしても、傷だらけになります。 お風呂 これは、富士山の恩恵であって、ここの努力ではないので水質は星５ですが、 とにかく汚い。 一応、鏡はありますが、湯あかで真っ白で見えませんし、外の風景も、同じく湯あかで真っ白で見えま せん。 貸し切り風呂 輝きの湯 もうここまで来ると 湯あかなのか、温泉の成分で足元がぬるぬるしているのか判定不可。 ホテルマン湯の接客。 ベトナム人が一生懸命働いている、 という印象です。 日本人のリーダー的存在の人は大きな声を出すだけです。 部屋のカーテン ボロボロです。 トイレや洗面所の建て付け。 温泉ですからリウマチのかたもいらっしゃるのではないでしょうか。 スムースではなく、かなり指に圧をかけてやっと引けます。 壁紙もところどころ、穴が目立ちます。 冷蔵庫、古過ぎて夜中、ゴーゴーいいます。 経費削減でしょうか、ビール一本頂きましたが、 冬でもぬるいです。 お料理 普通。朝食は、おしんこばかりでした。 お風呂で、子ども様の椅子が崩壊していました。 乳飲み児を抱えるお母さんが、怒りと不安に満ちた表情をしていました。 スタッフはすぐに対応しているようでしたが、 お母さんは赤ちゃんを抱いて悲しそうでした。 ということで、素泊りをおススメします。

夕食のお料理がかなり薄味でした
朝食のカレーは甘口でしたが美味しかったです。
お風呂は表示より少しぬるい気がしました。
長く浸かるのが目的なのかな？
日帰りで入浴されている方がかなりいらっしゃるようです。大きくタトューが入っている方もいらっしゃいました。お子さんもはいるのて、そこは強く明示してくれると助かります。
