Sakin sessiz kliması iyi çalışıyor temizlik başarılı kahvaltıya gecikmişiz oradaki görevli beyefendiye yumurta kalmamış dedim hemen size omlet yapayım isterseniz dedi çok memnun kaldık personeli çok yardımcı olma ***retinde idi özellikle Hacer hanım işine hakim kısacası personeli çok başarılı küçük bir not spa ve havuzu var diye tercih etmiştik siz yok sayın çok küçük ve kalabalıktı havuza girmekten çekindim bir daha Kahramanmaraş’a gelirsek gene burada kalacağım

İş seyahati için gittiğim Gaziantep de fuar olmasından dolayı oteller dolu , aynı zamanda çok yüksek fiyatlıydı . Alternatif bakarken Kahramanmaraş’ta bu oteli buldum . Çok temiz ve kokumu itibarıyla merkezde . Çalışanlara , emeği geçenlere teşekkür ederim…

20 - 22 Ekim 2023 günleri arasında iki gece konakladım. Maalesef depremde çoğu otel yıkıldığı için K.Maraş'ta kalan az sayıda alternatiften biriydi Arsan. Otel iki katlı ve enlemesine geniş bir mimariye sahip. Depremde hasar almamış. Bu, bölgedeki tekrarlayan artçı depremleri düşündüğümüzde önemli bir avantaj. Odalar ve banyolar suit odalarla yarışacak ölçüde bir hayli geniş (Hatta K.Maraş'ın en lüks oteli Ramada'dan oda ergonomisi anlamında üstün olduğu söylenebilir). Döşemeler eski olsa da temizlik kusursuz. Otel Antep yoluna bakmasına rağmen yoldan epey içeride olmasının etkisiyle sessiz. Kahvaltılarımı dışarıda yaptığım için bu konuda yorum yapamayacağım. Ancak otelin etrafının çevre düzenlemesine ihtiyacı var. Binanın sol tarafındaki depremden kalma yıkık minareli cami ve arka taraftaki şantiye görünümlü alanlar hoş bir manzara oluşturmuyor. Depremin üzerinden 9 ay geçtiği için artık bir çekidüzen verilmesi lazım. Ayrıca bu kadar geniş odalarda pencerelerin küçük olması ağaçların da etkisiyle içeride karanlık bir atmosfer yaratıyor. Yine de odalardaki rahatlık, temizlik ve sakinlik sayesinde tercih edilebilir.
