Although it is a self-service B&B apartment, the procedures such as informing the booking guests one week in advance to pay attention to the email address to receive the login password and other procedures should be in place. However, the management failed to fulfill its obligation to inform in advance. It only sent out an email related to the entrance password one day before check-in. However, the guest was already traveling in Japan and it was difficult to receive the email. As a result, he found that he could not enter the door when he checked in.
