The location is very good, close to railway station and supermarket.

Perfect for family with young kid. The apartment was nicely sized with a sufficient kitchen. We were able to cook a dinner there. If you would like to do laundry there was washer and rack for drying laundries.

It was my first time using it, but it felt like a normal home, different from a typical inn or hotel, and I felt calm and relaxed. I came to watch the opening ceremony of the Kagoshima National Athletic Meet, but there were no rooms available at other hotels, so I was very lucky to find this place at the right time.

The receptionist was very nice. It seems you can check in without going through reception. There is a parking lot next door, so it was easy to use. It was free. The room seemed suitable for long-term stays and had a kitchen, refrigerator, and washing machine. The bath only had a shower. Toothbrushes and towels were also provided. Overall it was very clean. There was a convenience store nearby and places to eat and drink. The station is also close. Check-out was easy. You separate your trash and throw it away downstairs. I would like to use it again.

My family and I stayed for two nights in a room with tatami mats (Japanese-Western style). My child is only 9 months old and is still crawling and standing up, so I felt sorry for him not being able to move around in a hotel with just a regular bed, and I was afraid he would fall off if he didn't sleep on a futon, so I was looking for a room with tatami mats and found Icot. The room was equipped with furniture and appliances, so it felt like I was at home and I felt very comfortable. There was plenty of space for my child to move around, which was great. It was also very clean. I was caught in traffic at the time of check-in and couldn't make it on time, but the procedure was explained to me in detail over the phone and the staff was very polite. I would definitely use them again.

It was very clean, the staff were very polite, and security was excellent. The hotel was well-furnished, and even though I was on vacation, I was able to wash my clothes, hang them out to dry, and iron them, so it was very convenient when I got home. I also liked that there was a supermarket and Starbucks nearby. I was able to buy breakfast and drinks for the next day. I think this hotel is also convenient for long-term stays. I only stayed one night, but I had a very comfortable stay. It was a wonderful hotel that I would like to use again when I go to Kagoshima.

The reception of the front desk was very good, and they also responded after hours. The room was well cleaned and I had a very comfortable stay.

這個地方真是適合自駕！不僅地點優越，還有充足的停車場，讓自駕旅行的遊客完全無憂。若是飯店提供的免費停車場客滿，對面也有12小時300日圓的付費停車場，走路5分鐘的太陽超市，方便了日常所需的採買。而房間的公寓式佈局，給人一種舒適自在的感覺，尤其對於喜歡有家的氛圍的旅客來說，這是一個理想的選擇。入住期間也請好好愛護房間和設備，讓每位旅客都能享受到優質的住宿體驗。拜訪鹿兒島的自駕旅客，非常推薦入住此飯店，但是請注意櫃檯CHECK IN時間到20:00為止。似乎有自助CHECKIN服務但我並未使用。
