"The equipment of this room was very attractive as I saw it in the photos on Trip.com. I saw that some rooms had a thin hot spring basin, so I chose this room. I was so happy that I could soak in the hot spring in the room. How did I know that there was no such equipment when I arrived in the room? After I went to the front desk to find out the situation, after dealing with them for a while, they just said that the information on the Trip.com website was wrong. This was a photo of another room and had nothing to do with their hotel. .

"The staff was very welcoming and spoke both Japanese and English.
You need to contact the hotel in advance for a pick-up from Kaga Station, but I hadn't received a confirmation from Ctrip when I left. So I called the hotel from the station and they arranged for a pick-up. It's a bit far, a 20-minute drive each way, but otherwise, everything was very satisfactory. The room was riverside, larger than your average Japanese hotel room, and had its own private bathroom. The onsen overlooked the mountains and forests, which was very comfortable! Dinner and breakfast were small but delicious, with the hand-painted menus, which were very elegant."

"It was my first time to experience a Japanese-style room. It was clean and tidy. The house was old but not old, which was great! The space was large and the bed was very comfortable. "Hygiene: The hotel room is very clean and well-equipped with air purifiers! But in fact, the environment near the hotel is very close to nature, and the air here is much fresher than in the city.
Location: The only drawback of this hotel may be its location. Since this hotel is located halfway up the mountain, it can only be reached by car, shuttle bus or taxi. I took a taxi from Kaga Onsen Station. The journey took about 12 minutes and the fare was about 3,200 yen. I think the price is reasonable because the attitude of taxi drivers here is much better than in Hong Kong. If you don’t think it is expensive, you can give it a try. In addition, the hotel also has a shuttle bus that can be reserved. You can inform the hotel staff in advance.
Service: I like the attitude of the hotel waiters very much. Unfortunately, an earthquake occurred when I went there (an earthquake and tsunami occurred in Ishikawa Prefecture, Hokuriku on January 1, 2024😢). The employees in the store were very patient and attentive in asking customers about their situation and taking care of them. safety. "We stayed with our 1-year-old and 4-year-old children. The free drinks offered included not only coffee and tea, but also alcohol and sweets. We chose a plan that only included breakfast, but we were able to drink alcohol at breakfast and the breakfast selection was great. "The hotel has a nice view, you can call the hotel again when you arrive at the station and ask them to pick you up. This is an old-fashioned hotel with almost no foreigners. "This Japanese-style hot spring hotel is fully equipped and the lobby is quite luxuriously decorated. We arrived early and enjoyed free afternoon tea and foot soup first. At three o'clock, a waiter in a kimono guided us to the door of the room, which was very intimate. After the bath, we had dinner on the 2nd floor of the hotel at the time we had booked in advance. The dinner was a standard kaiseki dish and was very hearty. Each family had their own private dining space and was equipped with a dedicated full service. At 9 pm, the hotel arranged a local Taigu performance in Kaga for the guests, which was very special. The whole experience was very satisfying."

The hot spring hotel offers one night and two meals. The service and dishes are always impeccable.
The hotel is located in the center of Kaga Onsen Town, next to Hoshino Kai.
The water quality of Yamashiro Onsen is very good. Five minutes every morning and evening will make your skin feel very obvious.
The tableware is very exquisite. It may be because it is adjacent to the Rosanjin Residence and Kutani Ware production area.
Before the meal, the dedicated elderly butler will put on the kimono and sash for the guests.
It is very quiet here. I stayed comfortably for two nights.
The only thing is that the food is large. If you don’t eat it, you will waste it. After eating, you will feel too full.
By the way, there is free ice cream at the lobby bar on the first floor during the day.
There is a half-hour piano performance at 9:00-9:30 at night.
The young man who sent us to the station at the end has a pair of big eyes and is very handsome. The hotel also has waiters who can speak Chinese and English. There are more elderly and polite waiters. The belts worn by the elderly are really beautiful and comfortable.

EeasyyongOur stay in Morino Sumika was wonderful. This hotel is probably one the best Hotel (Ryokan) We’ve ever stayed in Japan. We are so impressed with their service. The staffs are polite and responsive even though language barrier. We stayed in a room with open air bath type with balcony looking at the slope garden and hotel itself. The architecture is stunningly beautiful. Room are spacious and bigger than we had expected. The room layout is great. We are so amazed with the hotel facility and everything in the hotel that we want to spend much more time at the hotel rather than going out.
The hotel is about 5 km away from Kagaonsen Station in the area called Yamashiro Onsen. They offer shuttle service which we contact them via email. Yamashiro Onsen is very nice and calm.
FYI… Kagaonsen Station is 20 minutes travel from Kanazawa by Hokuriku Shinkansen… very convenience..

NNuonuokafeiIn the 2025 cherry blossom season, the first five hotels in Kyoto, Japan and the Hokuriku region were all rated poorly, either dirty or noisy. Finally, there is a hotel with all 5-star reviews. You must make an appointment for the transportation from Kaga Onsen to the hotel at least one day in advance on your own official website or ask Ctrip. I made an appointment with Ctrip two days in advance. I like the customer service. Follow the instructions at the south gate of Kaga Onsen Station to see the hotel's car. The timetable is shown in the last photo. The driver is courteous and considerate. On the way, there will be a brief introduction to the Buddha statue, snow mountain, famous product Mantou Niangniang, etc. It takes 25 minutes to arrive at the hotel. It feels like home. The staff kneels down to serve. Now the process is done quickly. The corner Western-style room I booked is very good to live in. The sun is bright and the size is just right. The hotel is generous and the coffee and tea bar is available 24 hours a day. The quality is excellent. It is so thoughtful. You can choose a Kutani yaki tea cup. The latte is very delicious. The afternoon tea teppanyaki restaurant makes fresh pancakes. At 4 pm, five kinds of sweet cocktails are provided for happy hour. They are prepared by the staff and are delicious. Pudding is provided at 8 pm. There is a geisha performance at 8:45 Yamanaka Festival. A plate of snacks is also delicious in the morning. There is a row of sake for dinner. I didn’t pay attention to whether it is a self-service sake or free. I think this price and quality are above average. Breakfast is also full of sincerity and free sake is provided. The staff in the restaurant are very warm and thoughtful. My room does not have a private bath. When you check in, you will be asked to choose a private bath for 50 minutes. I stayed in the expensive hotel next to it, Huazi, the next day. There was nothing except two bottles of water, a bag of coffee and a bag of stick tea. There was a welcome tea, but no other activities or food. Jixiangting is really serious about running a hotel. The only thing is that sometimes there is a faint smell of sewage in the hotel. For Japanese standards the service was just ok. Much nicer greeting upon arrival. Was left to drag my suitcases out the door with a wonderful old lady trying to help me. Of course I could not allow her to lift the heavy bags. All the other people were not available to help or see me out. Extremely rude by Japanese standards. Coffee at breakfast I was told to get at the coffee machine. Substandard for the class of hotel.

After arriving at the hotel, the hotel asked me to pay the full amount of the four suites, but the hotel waiter’s English level was very poor. I disturbed for an hour in speechlessness. Later, I learned that the payment on the program was originally a deposit. God! For such a simple matter, the hotel waiter clearly told me that the payment you paid on the program was all a deposit. Why do you say that we didn't pay? I was late to the hotel this day, so I was delayed for another hour, and we had no time to enjoy the hotel facilities. Through the balcony, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the mountain village and listen to the sound of trickling streams. The outdoor hot spring has 5 mixed bathing pools and 2 for women. The hot spring water is flowing and very clean. Soaking in the soup pond surrounded by immortality, below is the clear mountain spring flowing by, it is really enjoyable! Although the hotel breakfast is not luxurious, it is nutritious and delicious, and the dinner is also very good. It is a good place to relax and retreat.
