I booked four rooms for one night. I didn't expect that after I arrived at the hotel, the hotel asked me to pay the full amount for the four rooms, which I had already paid for on the website. However, the hotel staff had poor English skills and could not communicate with me. After an hour of confusion, I realized later that the money I paid on the website was actually a deposit. Oh my god! It's such a simple thing. It would be fine if the hotel waiter told me clearly that all the money you paid on the website was a deposit. Why do you say we didn't pay? I was already late for the hotel that day and this delayed me another hour, leaving us with no time to enjoy the hotel's facilities. I hope that the platform and the hotel can communicate better in the future to avoid this kind of situation from happening again. This time it really caused me a lot of inconvenience. Apart from this the hotel is overall very good.

酒店空間非常大，非常適合來這裏度假，要溫泉10分舒服，可以好好放鬆一整天的疲勞，特別喜愛晚餐的火鍋。
