リーニューある語ということで館内が明るくきれいなのはよかったが部屋のドアがスムーズに開閉できず鍵も使いにくかったのが不便だった。
スタッフの皆さんの対応はフロントやレストラン（洗い場の方を含め）明るく親切でよかった。
肝心の温泉については源泉かけ流しでないのは仕方がないとしても朝方の風呂で湯船に湯が流れていない？（夜中にたまったまま状態？）なのは寂しい気がしてとても残念に感じた。
