隨機房型給我高樓層的轉角房間，房間夠大，飯店整體很乾凈，設施保養得不錯。服務人員非常認真耐心，公共泡湯有室內和户外，人不多很清靜很舒服。
飯店有飲料和小點心免費供應。
飯店餐廳不供應晚餐早餐，除非團體會議有預約包場。因為下雨不想外出找餐廳，還好帶了小食可以泡湯後墊飢。

It was a little inconvenient to get there by shuttle bus or city bus from the station.
If you're going by car, it's not a problem!
But other than that, I had a very comfortable stay.
Above all, the services provided in the hotel were outstanding and fun.
I especially participated in making hot spring eggs every day, and they were delicious 🤤
The free drinks, desserts, and steamed potatoes were also great!
And the hot springs were the best ♪
I took a morning bath and an evening bath, and was thoroughly relaxed before heading home.

The hotel is old and a bit old, but it is well maintained and hygienic. The hot spring is particularly good. There is a shuttle bus to the Shinkansen station. The service staff is friendly and enthusiastic.

It is one of the biggest ryokans we have visited with a lot of amenities. Guests are mostly Japanese..giving a family/retirement village vibes. Our room came with breakfast and dinner plan - food was delicious and very fresh! One thing to note when booking on Trip is that there are many room types available, but the pictures shown are not accurate!! When I booked my room, the pictures showed an in-room onsen tub-lookalike..and the room descriptions seem to support it too, along with the price. However, when I arrived, the room I was given was not like the pics at all..with no private tub/onsen in the room. We really wanted a private onsen to end our trip on a high, but we were left disappointed. Could not help but feel slightly cheated. We wanted to pay for an upgrade,to get one with in-room onsen but were told all were fully booked.:( so be careful when booking your desired room type.

Never believe Trip.com where the photos are wrong, it is a fraud, his photos are in a private hot spring, actually go to the staff will tell you that the trip.com website photos are wrong, hotel facilities are no problem

We came by Shinkansen and they provide shuttle bus pick up from the train station. Highlight from our stay is the Onsen and the dinner.

We are senior couple from Hong Kong. We traveled for 18 days in Nagoya and stayed in 5 separate hotels and onsens.in October.
The hotel is great. Hot springs are gorgeous and the meals are delicious too.We found one of the staff Mr 大井，the most helpful, not only does he have initiative, he is also very polite and made helpful suggestions. Thank you 大井生。
