Phoenix Pyramids View Inn

Two women stayed here for two nights. In conclusion, I really recommend it. If you have a messaging app like WhatsApp installed, the hotel will contact you in advance, so if you have any questions, you can chat and ask them. When I checked in, I was a little confused because there was no hotel sign at the entrance to the building. The building next door seems to be a school? There were a lot of children there, and the floors below the 6th floor seem to be private homes. The hotel lobby is on the 6th floor, but the elevator requires a touch key, so you can either work your way up the stairs or contact the hotel via WhatsApp and the front desk staff will come to you. There is a supermarket nearby, and there are sweet shops, bakeries, clothing stores, etc. lined up, so I think the location is good. The room is very clean. The toilet smells a little like sewage, but it's within the acceptable range, and the shower had hot water until the end even when two people were in it in a row. Also, the bed is fluffy. There are no amenities such as slippers or toothbrushes. All you get is one towel per person, shampoo, body gel, and one bottle of water per day. You can also borrow a hairdryer if you ask, and you can request laundry service (1 dollar per item). Breakfast is served on the rooftop, and it's delicious and the view is beautiful - it's the best. The guys at the front desk are on shifts 24 hours a day, so security is good, and they greet you with a smile every time you go out or come back. They even smoke their cigarettes with you. They're very friendly guys.

A comment for Japanese people. As other people have seen in their photos, the entrance doesn't look like a hotel at first glance, so be careful. However, the hotel staff are very hospitable and have great personalities. Standard facilities are available, and it's close to the pyramids. The rooms are relatively clean. As you can see in the photos, there shouldn't be any problems.

Super hôtel, les réceptionnistes sont très accueillant et serviable, il y a toujours quelqu’un à la réception en cas de besoin. En tant que femmes, on s’y sens très en sécurité. Les chambres sont vraiment très bien, très propres. Le petit déjeuné est complet et la cuisinière est très gentille également. Nous recommandons cet hôtel à 10min environ de l’entrée des pyramides, plusieurs restaurants locaux situé très proche de l’hôtel, des magasins de tout type etc… La vue sur la pyramide sur la terrasse lors du petit déjeuné est super. Nous recommandons.

The room with the sink, toilet and shower was smelly from the time I checked in (it had a door), but other than that it was perfect. Bottled water, shampoo, conditioner and soap were also provided, and I could borrow a hair dryer if I asked the front desk. The shower had hot water, which was great! I also asked for my clothes to be dry cleaned, and they cleaned them much better than I expected, which was very helpful. The air conditioner worked without any problems! It said that the windows could not be opened or closed, but the room I stayed in could be opened. The front desk is open 24 hours a day, so they will respond immediately if you need anything! The staff were very nice and were very kind to me, who does not speak English. The bed and pillows were fluffy! When I arrived at the hotel before check-in, the door was locked and I couldn't get in, so I think if you call the hotel or send a Whats App message, they will come to open it for you. It might be a good idea to install the Whats App app! I recommend this hotel 😃

A very good experience, cheap and clean accommodation, surrounded by supermarkets and traditional markets, the boss is kind and will not actively promote any itineraries. For me who likes to travel alone and don't like to be disturbed, it is a great choice.
