I regret not believing the bad reviews before I booked it...i think this might be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It was more 1 star than 4. Food was absolutely inedible, the pool was dirty. Myself and my husband came to Antalya to get some work done on our teeth and used Dionisus as somewhere to stay, however apart from having a coffee there, we have not used anything. The room was clean that is true, however we booked a room with a garden view and we got given a room with a view of the outside staircase? You could tell a lot about the hotel from the type of people stayed there also. Do not recommend, use it only if you need a place to sleep and you dont want to eat the food or the pool. Wifi was not working in the rooms at all, you had to go downstairs to use it. Nobody there spoke any english which i can understand as you are in their country, but if you consider yourself an all inclusive international hotel might be a good idea to know a few words just to help your clients. Place very very dirty. We got given a towell to cover ourselves over night. Thank god it was too hot to cover ourselves. Definitely do not recommend. 100% avoid.

This has been the most disappointing experience I’ve ever encountered. I booked through Last Minute and have spent the past eight weeks addressing my complaint. Upon arrival, I was shocked by the lack of basic amenities—no coffee, no cocktails, just a beer which I don’t drink. The bar was overrun with wasps, and I watched as the shirtless barman sweated into my orange juice, which tasted more like pure cordial than anything else. When I got to my room, I found three dead cockroaches. To top it off, the air-conditioning was not working, and I couldn’t get anyone to fix it until Tuesday—mind you, this was Saturday. There was no WiFi, and no option to change rooms. At dinner, with hundreds of guests and only about 15 tables, the so-called "all-inclusive" menu was a complete joke. The main dishes? Just chicken on the bone, meatballs, and something with potatoes. For dessert, I was offered an apple and an orange. When I inquired about the restaurant, I was told that this was the restaurant. I honestly felt like I was trapped in a nightmare. I had come here to recuperate after enduring a near-death motorcycle accident, which left me in a coma for two months and took six months of rehabilitation to recover. I dealt with a punctured lung, fractured ribs, hand reconstruction, a broken ulna, a fractured jaw, and skin grafts that peeled skin back to the bone. This experience was as distressing as that ordeal, and I found myself in tears in my hotel room. I reached out to Last Minute, and they requested photo evidence, assuring me they would call back to arrange a transfer to another hotel. I never received that call. Fortunately, I had the financial means to book a room at a different hotel in Antalya, the Optinium, which offered only bed and breakfast but provided me with the best accommodations. As I was packing to leave, I realized £500, €300, and a Microsoft Pro were missing from my belongings. I had left them in the room, and it was clear they had been stolen. When I requested the hotel to contact the police, they refused, stating they would handle it internally. I also asked for a refund upon checking out, but the reception directed me to Last Minute. Now, ten weeks later, Last Minute has dragged this out without resolution. I paid £1259 for the all-inclusive package with flights, an additional £754 for the other hotel, and £120 for an earlier flight. On top of that, I lost £500, €300, and a Microsoft Pro worth around £600. Finally, Last Minute contacted me yesterday, offering £200 and a £100 voucher for my next holiday. It's clear that this entire situation has been handled poorly, and I deserve a much better resolution.9 for the all-inclusive package with flights, an additional £754 for the other hotel, and £120 for an earlier flight. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Horrible staff. Wrong area. Not a 4* wouldn't even give it a 1. Food was not even edible. No cleaner for 6 days. No entertainment. No 2 pools. No spar closed for 2 weeks. Please note this Hotel is not in Belek.Night club going on till 4am every night. Do not waste your money.

adjoins a grim, dingy club, lots of young men trooping in and out of the hotel in and out the club. No security, the filthiest towels you ever saw, wires hanging out of sockets, canteen is eerily filthy, I do t know the difference between staff and stay men. I had to ask to move hotels
