Not the best hotel, 3 star I’d say. Arrived late and was shown to our room, I had booked a balcony and was given a window. I asked to be moved and after 24 hrs and a failed trip to see another room (with no balcony) we were finally moved. Food is ok, same every day so get a bit tiring, and the meals are all inclusive but there is nothing else, no snacks, no ice cream, no anything. There are slushy machines at the bars that are self serve, that’s about the excitement of it. There is no shop on sight so if you want any snacks or ice cream you have to go for a 10 min wander down the main road. There is no evening entertainment. There is a kids disco and then the place plunges into darkness and silence, it’s very odd. You can hear the fun being had at the hotels close by but I honestly don’t know where all the guests go as it becomes a ghost town around 8:30:9:00. Shower leaked so badly that we had to use our daily towels to mop up the swamp, and the air con doesn’t work properly, it’s on (freezing) or totally off, there are no temp controls so we had to decide whether to freeze at night, or to swelter. There is no fighting or running for sun loungers which is a plus and the kids loved the slides, but would I rush back? Definitely not. Pay the extra and go 5*, which will probably be 4* going by the standards here. Have had a nice week due to the sun and the pool, but the food and entertainment have let the place down sadly.

Это идеальное место для детей, чтобы весело провести время. Взрослые тоже не остались без внимания: в отеле есть **горки**, которые добавляют адреналина в отдых. Для детей организован **мини-клуб** и **мини-диско**, где они могут весело провести время под присмотром аниматоров. 🍽️ Вкусная еда Отдельно хочется отметить **кухню** отеля. Еда была очень вкусной и разнообразной. Шеф-повар действительно знает свое дело, и каждый прием пищи был настоящим праздником для нас. Мы наслаждались как местными блюдами, так и международной кухней. 🚌 Удобства и услуги Хотя отель не находится прямо у моря, это не стало проблемой. Каждые **час** курсирует автобус до пляжа, что очень удобно. Номера в отеле хорошие и чистые, что также добавляет комфорта. В отеле есть множество бесплатных развлечений: **бильярд**, **настольный футбол**, **дартс** и **настольный теннис**. Это отличная возможность для активного отдыха всей семьей. 👨👩👧👦 Атмосфера и персонал Отель небольшой и камерный, что создает уютную атмосферу. Все на виду, и это очень удобно, когда отдыхаешь с детьми. Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый, чувствуется позитивная атмосфера. Несколько менеджеров отлично говорят на русском и английском, что облегчает общение и решение любых вопросов, от аптеки до обмена валюты. Мы были приятно удивлены ценой на отдых в этом отеле. Не ожидали, что найдем такое замечательное место по такой доступной цене. Отель находится недалеко от аэропорта, что также является плюсом. Особое спасибо менеджеру анимации **Ферхату** за его позитив и помощь, он действительно сделал наш отдых еще более приятным. В общем, мы остались очень довольны и с радостью вернемся в **Maya World Park**!

Overall hotel was nice and clean the food was good. Location not so good not much to do other than land of legends close by. Not many shops close by or bars. Staff was nice but not very attentive unless you tip them in your first day. Pool was ok but broken glass cut one of the guest in there whist we was there. Also lots of flies and wasps around dinning area. Overall if your looking for a relaxing holiday then this hotel is great for you.

We were very disappointed with our room as it was uncomfortable and had the smallest balcony facing the carpark. One person could fit on it at a time. The shower was broken and mouldy and didn't work properly. The most disappointing thing was that they advertise there is a snack bar on the beach where we could have our all- inclusive food & drinks and, most importantly, to me store my insulin, but this was all a lie. Also there's an old bus that takes you every hour to the beach, it isn't big enough for the number of people who want to use it, the last one leaves the hotel at 4pm and the last one back to the hotel is 6pm but it's a fight to get on it.When I addressed the receptionist staff I was apologise to and told I'd be upgraded out of curiosity and I could have a pack lunch to take to the beach, but after two days of asking when will this happen I was told it wasn't happening and to go to my rep from lovehoilidays and complained if I'm unhappy. After this the receptionist staff were very rude and unhelpful, the last two days the cleaner never came to clean the room . I felt they were taking the mick, especially when he told me I've been your friend up to now and tried to help you, but I'm not going to help you now, with a smirk on his face.

We recently stayed at Maya World Park Hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience for a 4-star hotel. The hotel was generally clean and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable. One of the highlights was the food — during our one-week stay, there was at least one different dish every day, which was a nice surprise and kept meals interesting. As with any hotel, there are always some small downsides, but we prefer to focus on the positives. We would especially like to thank and acknowledge a few amazing staff members who made our stay even better. Their smiles and friendly attitude truly stood out and made us feel welcome. Special thanks go to Esat, Haci, Mehmet, Rumeysa, Yunus, Ahmet, and Turgay Uyar (Technician). Keep up the great work, guys and girls — you’re doing a fantastic job!
