otelin genel etkinliklerine çok memnun kaldım otelin zaten 4 gelişim olduğu icin otelin imkanlarının farkindayim ama bu yıl ekstra olarak animatör arkadaşlardan çok memnun kaldım gerçekten tüm etkinliklere bizi dahil ettiler ve bazen biz üşensek bile bizi dahil ettiler o yüzden teker teker ismini saymadan geçemeyeceğim güldane anastasya asya ve berk bey tatilizin keyfine keyif kattiniz tesekkur ederiz

The hotel, golf courses are fantastic. The Staff can't do enough for you and always seem to have a smile on their faces. Rooms are a little dated, but have plenty of room and provide you with everything you need for a lads golf trip. The shuttle service to the Deluxe part are every two minutes or so. You don't wait around for long. We had breakfast / evening meals in the Deluxe due to having a better selection. In terms of the food there isn't much more they could provide so there is something for everyone. One thing I would make Golfers aware of is the Buggy Bar on the courses. You have to pay for your food and drink which came as a surprise to us seen as the hotel itself is all inclusive. Also, we tried to get a beer from the Birdie Bar (downstair outside) to be told it was €6 per beer, yet upstairs is free. We've been to all inclusive hotels in Turkey before and never known this. The courses (Pines/Dunes) are hard but fair. They will test you which most of our group enjoyed that element of them. They're in great condition with grounds people seemingly working on them all day long. Don't let the Buggy Bar situation put you off, as this Hotel is great and would go again at a drop of a hat. Just returned from our 15th trip to Sueno Golf and Deluxe Resort. Played the Pines twice and Dunes three times. Bookings through Golf Kings. The Golf Hotel is all what you need for a golf trip All Inclusive including a 24 hour bar. Two nice golf courses that provide a fair challenge to all levels of handicaps and both courses were in excellent condition. The staff in both hotels go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are very good and meet the needs for your trip. Ibrahim on the golf reception is very friendly and helpful. The facilities in the Deluxe Hotel are fantastic. Loads of bars, restaurants to choose from. First class Spa facilities, live entertainment every evening and have their own private beach and pier. They run a regular shuttle service between both hotels (it’s walkable) The young lady in the picture really looked after us in the golf hotel bar area.

A mixed bag review. Hotel tired and needs modernising. Our bathroom tap was broken had to report it four times before anything was done, plug become jammed, when they fixed the tap they didn’t do anything with the plug just left it on the side. Carpet grippers not fixed, unable to lock patio door. Hot water not constant. Pool area needs a lot of attention no more can be said on that. Food was always cold even in the sister hotel, that is the case in most all inclusive hotels. The hotel offer a lovely box of toiletries and beach/ pool bag which is a lovely but honestly the money spent on it would be best spent elsewhere. Positive feedback Staff helpful and friendly Golf courses amazing and well kept.

Amazing stay at sueno hotel i recently stayed at sueno hotel and had a truly wonderful experience the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive always making sure we were comfortable the rooms were spacious clean and with everything we needed the food was delicious and guest relations very good helpfull and frlendly
