Fantastic resort, staff is great Shoutout to Taha also Rose. They were always helpfull. And we had a fantastic holiday we would like to comeback as soon as we can and facilities was also good. The slides etc. Thanks for everything, everything was so satisfied.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We stayed in one of the amazing Lagoon Suites - highly recommended! We dined in the Steakhouse, Italian and Sushi a la carte restaurants and all were incredibly good. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained and all areas were kept amazingly clean. What really sets this hotel apart from others that we have stayed in though, is the people. The service from all staff members was impeccable and everyone was so friendly and helpful. In particular we’d like to thank all of the staff at the Lagoon restaurant, who were amazing! Also, a special mention to Rose and Taha from the Guest Experience team who were always on hand to help us with any issues that arose. Can’t wait to visit again!

What a lovely hotel from the moment we arrived we where met by Taha who looked after us and we have been totally spoilt by him and Rose checking up with us to make sure everything we need is there in no time from restraunant bookings to getting a ball, anything we need, the hotel it’s self is lovely the bars restraunants I would recommend this hotel definitely 5*

We stayed here before and lived the hotel. Our second trip was even better ! We had a Sea view suite which suits our needs with separate Lounge area and second bed for me when getting up early for golf. Ridha was a star ! Really helpful and kind enough to sort out a small issue with the a la carte restaurant but he went above and beyond to fix it and then some more ! Thank you for your kindness !! Beyzanur who works in the lobby bar area was also amazing . She was so attentive, knew when we needed a top up and was really cheerful all the time . The staff in general were super nothing to much of an issue to help. Thank you all for making our stay a great time … hopefully be back in October ! All in all great hotel !!

Everything was so good. Swim up lagoon room was so good also the lagoon restaurant was perfect. Food, service, slides was good. And there was enough activities for kids. Hope we will come next year and thank you Assistant Taha from Guest Experience.

Harika zaman geçirdik odalar da ortak alanlar da çok temizdi garsonların hepsi çok güler yüzlüydü açık büfe çok lezzetli ve çeşitliydi asistanlarımız medine ve mesut bey de çok ilgililerdi. Bayram dönemi olmasına rağmen yoğunluğu çok hissetmedik
