We’ve been fortunate enough to visit many family resorts over the years, but the Kids Club at Regnum Carya truly stands out as the best we’ve ever seen. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us — and more importantly, our children — feel completely at home. A special mention must go to Anna, who was simply incredible. Her warmth, patience, and genuine care for the kids made a lasting impression on our entire family. She and the rest of the team go above and beyond to ensure every child is happy, engaged, and safe. The facilities are exceptional — immaculately clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed to cater to every age group, from toddlers to teens. Whether it’s creative arts and crafts, outdoor play, interactive games, or themed activities, there is always something exciting happening. Our kids would run in smiling each morning and come out beaming at the end of the day. The attention to detail and the level of organisation is world-class. You can truly relax knowing your children are in the best hands possible. If you’re traveling with kids, the Regnum Kids Club is worth the trip alone. I want to leave the warmest words about tennis at the hotel! Everything was at the highest level — excellent courts, organization, and atmosphere. Special thanks to our coach Elena, who is a true professional and a very warm person. The training sessions were enjoyable: clear, understandable, and personalized. Elena always found the right words, provided positive energy, and motivated us. It's great when not only the sports process but also the communication brings joy. Wir sind als Familie 2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder das erste Mal in das Regnum Cayra gereist. Wir hatten ein Jade Doppelzimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick gebucht was uns bei der Ankunft nicht gefallen hat. Ich habe dann mit unserer Gästebetreuerin Ömür Kontakt aufgenommen und gefragt ob es möglich wäre, dass wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen könnten, Ömür hat sofort sich um alles gekümmert und hat uns ein deutlich schöneres Zimmer zugewiesen. Der Manager und auch Ömür sagten uns, das wir unseren Urlaub genießen sollen und wenn wir irgendetwas brauchen, sie sofort kontaktieren sollen. Das Regnum Cayra verwöhnt ihre Gäste nicht nur Kulinarisch sondern sie bieten einen erstklassigen Service. Dieses Hotel ließt ihren Gästen jeden Wunsch aus den Augen und erfüllt diesen sofort! Ein großes Lob möchten wir Ömür unserer Gästebetreuerin aussprechen, was sie leistet ist wirklich in Worte nicht zu fassen. Ihre Arbeit und Schnelligkeit ist beeindruckend wie sie ihren Gästen den Urlaub in einen kurzen Traum verwandelt. Der Guest Relations Chef Ömer und Onur der FB Assistant Manager machen ihrem Job wirklich erstklassig, sie nehmen sich extrem viel Zeit für jedem Gast und jeder Wunsch der Gäste wird sofort umgesetzt. Was diese Leute den Hotel Gästen bieten ist wirklich Champions league. Wir werden das Regnum definitiv wieder besuchen und weiterempfehlen.

This is luxury. The staff are the most attentive I have ever experienced. The addition of the crown and its facilities are astounding. The cannot want for anything. The kids club is, quite frankly, ridiculous. The water slides aren’t water slides, they’re a water park and you never queue. The grounds are massive but you can get a lift anywhere from all the buggies that fly around the place. Big shout out to Ismail in the Irish bar. The drink making varies in quality but this man knows his stuff. Such a friendly man, and if you know a cocktail, he knows how to make it. Gym is 10/10.
