You wait in line for food, the food quality is close to average. There is a line in the elevator. There is a line in the pool bar. But price-performance is not bad. Suitable for those who want a cheap hotel holiday.

The hotel is good for families but it is not like ultra all inclusive. There is only sauce, water and fruit juice etc. in the fridge.

Aydınbey Queen’s Palace’ta geçirdiğimiz tatil beklentilerimizin çok üzerindeydi. Özellikle yiyecek içecek departmanının sunduğu lezzetler ve çeşitlilik gerçekten etkileyiciydi. Her öğünde özenle hazırlanmış, taze ve lezzetli yemekler vardı. Açık büfede herkesin damak zevkine hitap eden seçenekler sunuluyor ve sunum da oldukça şıktı. Ayrıca personelin ilgisi ve güler yüzlülüğü sayesinde yemek saatleri çok keyifli geçti. Misafir ilişkileri departmanı ise ayrı bir övgüyü hak ediyor. Tüm istek ve sorularımıza hızlı ve çözüm odaklı şekilde yaklaştılar. Otelde her şeyin sorunsuz işlemesi için büyük bir özveriyle çalışıyorlar. Kendimizi gerçekten değerli ve özel hissettik.
