I came last year but it was better and of better quality, this year they lowered the customer quality. The staff is friendly and attentive. I went to the beach to drink alcohol, there is no music, the beach part is boring. They play water polo while swimming in the pool, you can't swim, you are sunbathing by the pool, you get worried that the ball will hit your face, but a lady came to me... Is there a gozleme place in a corner somewhere or something in between..

I have been going for 5 years but this year I was not satisfied. The hotel is very good, the service, the staff, the lifeguards, the cleanliness are all top notch but the quality of the staff has decreased. Some people enter the pool after 7 o'clock and some people wear tops. I can't even tell you what I saw in the pool at 3 am. I have been going to this hotel for 5 years and I will not think about it again. People yelling at 3 am and drunk people. The quality has unfortunately decreased. It doesn't suit the hotel. They weren't accepting guests without women, they are now accepting anyone they can. The DJ keeps playing the same songs over and over again but I still say the staff and service are all top notch.

We spent 8 days in Aydinbey Queens Palace and I can say that this hotel justifies all the money you paid for. It is middle class 5 star hotel, there is better hotels, but they are more expensive. First, the beach is sandy, the sea is warm with sandy bottom, there are always small waves, so the sea is not blue or green but brown, due to sand in the water. The beach is 4 minutes by bus from the hotel, but transport worked perfectly each 20 minutes, so we never waited. The restaurant offers different kind of meals, you don’t know what to choose, they always offer fish – grilled cipura or lavrakia for lunch and dinner, the grill works each evening for kebap, shashlik, or grilled chicken or turkey. One evening there was sea food dinner, other was sushi dinner, then Italian pasta dinner… The cocktails are served on lobby bar, pool bar and lounge bar, and are exellent. The imported alcohol is only J&B whiskey and Havana Club rum, the other alcohol -gin, votka, tekila are not famous. The beach bar offers only beer, cola, fanta sprite, coffee. Only 3 days from 7, there was slushy and lemonade. The food: poor pizza (it is much better on the pool bar), hamburgers, pasta and French fries, salads. The beach bar’s offer definitely has to be improved. There are not shops or bazar near to the hotel, but The Land of legends is 20 minutes walking far, and it is like a big mall, so 5 from 7 nights we walked there. All in all, it is a lovely hotel.
