In general, everything was good. We stayed at the hotel for 1 day but we had a great time. The room was clean, the food and its varieties had many options despite it being winter. The staff was friendly and polite. Perhaps the only thing I would criticize would be the desserts. The quality and taste of cakes and desserts could be improved.

Calista is one of the preferable hotels in the area. We stayed with my daughter and were very pleased. They have created elite environments with a service approach that makes you feel special.

Super hotel with super delicious cuisine, everything is so beautiful and luxurious. The only downside is that you can get fat there very quickly 😂, since it is hard to resist such a variety of food, the room was nice and cozy

The room is clean and comfortable, with complete supplies. The shampoo and conditioner are all produced in France. The minibar has free drinks, beer and snacks. The service is attentive and patient with children. Most games are free, but bowling is available for an additional fee. The cocktails in the lobby bar are delicious! There are a la carte restaurants and buffet restaurants where you can eat at any time 24 hours a day. Overall, I feel that Ctrip’s Platinum Diamond Hotel is indeed a very good choice.

For me, Calista Luxury Resort now is in the top of my beloved hotels and place , where i’ll be back for sure! Everything was perfect from the beginning. Girls on reception met us with very kind attitude, explained everything about hotel, and changed room for my request. In room i found all and more for staying comfortable during our rest) perfect cleaning, pillows, smart system of lighting and condition control from my device the best option i’ve tried in the hotels. Very green, clean and accurate territory. Long beach with perfect sand. Ideal football field for football lovers) super pleasant girls and boys in entertainment team!!! Dima and Sveta are the best!) kids club is one of the best, i’ve seen. Even dance room and wood room are there. Bonus club was the place where my kids were playing for a long time and I could go for spa, that is also great 👍🏻 Food was good even it was not a season. Sakura a’lacart restaurant wondered me with very tasty sushi!! By the way, it is free if you have a birthday!)) So, definitely, I recommend Calista for visit! And for sure I’ll be back! Thanks for making our rest unforgettable and pleasant!
