In general, everything was good. We stayed at the hotel for 1 day but we had a great time. The room was clean, the food and its varieties had many options despite it being winter. The staff was friendly and polite. Perhaps the only thing I would criticize would be the desserts. The quality and taste of cakes and desserts could be improved.

Calista is one of the preferable hotels in the area. We stayed with my daughter and were very pleased. They have created elite environments with a service approach that makes you feel special.

The room is clean and comfortable, with complete supplies. The shampoo and conditioner are all produced in France. The minibar has free drinks, beer and snacks.
