Price performance was very good. In particular, there was a foreign Russian animator who made the children play in the mini club. He entertained the children very well, did face painting every day, and made them play games for 2 hours until noon and 2 hours in the afternoon. They had them dance at the mini disc at 9pm. The children had fun and we, as parents, had a rest. Animataor Arslan is also a very warm-hearted, smiling person. The staff are also very helpful. Mustafa at the snack bar is also a very gentleman. The chef at the snack bar was making delicious pizza and hamburgers. The rooms were clean. I will come back to the hotel again.

The hot water in the shower is wet and this is quite hard in winter. I can see ara in the cleanliness of the room. But the front staff was gentle and the location and view were good, so it was not painful to stay.

What we liked most about the hotel was its location. It has its own small but clean beach, part of it is stony and part of it is sand. The rooms are quite spacious and old but well-kept. The number of staff is insufficient, they do their best, but due to this, there are disruptions, especially in the restaurant. When the meal time starts, the food served and Most of the desserts are consumed in the first half hour, they are not replaced, you can make do with the remaining one or two varieties, however, finding a table that is not full of dirty plates is a big problem. The pool is clean, but there is a serious race for sunbeds at the hotel. At 9 in the morning, sunbeds are placed and reserved with towels around both the beach and the pool. Most of them are not used during the day. Especially the animation team is very successful. Separate activities and shows are organized during the day and in the evenings.

We have just had a great week stay at Ponz hotel. It is in the most perfect location! 2 minutes walk down onto ladies beach which have the most incredible restaurants all along the beach with incredible sunset every night. The hotel staff are all so lovely and always so friendly and helpful. My boyfriend came for some dental work and they were just brilliant. The room is massive with a balcony, all rooms look over the pool. Outside the door is a beautiful sunset every day. A very good shop just along from the hotel with everything you could possibly need. A lovely walk into the main Kusadasi centrum town but if walking isn’t your thing the bus stops right by the hotel or taxi is just 200 lira (about £5) We just did bed and breakfast as we wanted to go to the beach restaurant in the evening. Breakfast is a little limited so this could be a bit more varied even if just by adding fresh omelettes/scrambled egg and toast maybe? But it was ok. We would 100% come back here again and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, great for what we wanted. Location was just perfect for us and the pool had sun all day long. This is a modern hotel with good sea views, clean and comfortable rooms, and a hot breakfast buffet. The pictures are spot on. The staff are warm and friendly and helped us print out business documents without any trouble during our stay. My family had three different rooms during our stay, and the only note is if you stay on the north side just remember to close and lock your balcony door, and mind your belongings outside. Because the glass partition between balconies is not 100% solid, people can squeeze between the partitions get on to any of the adjacent balconies, and if your sliding door is unlocked, possibly into your room. Just to clarify we still felt very safe, and it wasn't yet the high season so there was no one hanging out on their balcony, just us. I would still stay at this hotel again and again. But it would be nice to have that fixed. The hotel spa had some of the best massage I have ever had. I would go there even if I wasn't staying at the hotel.
