Maui Eldorado Beachfront Resort - Apt I-101 - Two Bedroom Vacation Rental Condo

Aloha -- Welcome to our condo apartment. It is a 1200 sq ft ground floor corner unit located in the Maui Eldorado Beach Resort, beside the 4th fairway of the Royal Kaanapali Golf Course. The condo has two queen size beds - each in a separate sleeping room with direct, private access to the dressing room, bathroom and shower. There is a clothes washer/dryer in the apartment. A fully equipped kitchen has been recently renovated - complete with stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and toaster. Cutlery, linens, and a complete range of cooking utensils are provided. The large living room and dining area, is complete with a flat-screen smart TV with Spectrum Cable. There is TV service in the bedroom area. Free WI-FI Internet service is available throughout the apartment and at the Beach Cabana. There are sliding glass doors across the front and side of the apartment which provide an open and fresh atmosphere with lots of light. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. The living room and bedroom open out onto the lanai which is furnished with a dining suite and two conversation chairs. The lanai fronts onto the garden and quiet lawn area beside the Golf course. Maui Eldorado Resort has a private cabana for the use of guests on Kaanapali Beach, accessible by just a 4 minute walk from the apartment through the gardens. The Resort collects a $65.00 Administration Fee when you check-in and an $20.00 per day Resort Fee to cover all of the amenities such as the Beach Cabana, the Fitness Club, the gas barbeques and Parking Garage. Three swimming pools are available at the resort, with barbecues and dining areas located in the gardens near the pools, and on the upper deck of the on-site guest parking building. Kaanapali has a wide selection of restaurants, shopping and entertainment - all within an easy walk from the resort.
