Hotellissa oli ystävällinen ja hyvä palvelu. Huoneessa oli ilmastointi, mutta huone oli silti kuuma vaikka ilmastointi oli säädetty kaikkein kylminpään asentoon. Huone oli huonosti siivottu. Pöytätasoissa oli likaa, peilit likaiset, sängynpeitto lattialla ja kylpyamme likainen. Kylpyhuoneessa suihkussa oli huono paine, kylpyammeen tulppa ei pitänyt ja lavuaari tukossa.
