1. 交通便利：房子位於仙林東路，交通便利，出門不遠就是公交車站，坐幾站之後就是地鐵站，坐上地鐵就很方便了。
2. 環境衞生：房間很乾凈，周邊環境也很好，沒有噪音
3. 生活方便：有廚房，燃氣和廚具都有，自己做飯很方便；電視也很好；Wi-Fi信號好。
