The hotel looks nice in outside. Rooms are small but its ok it can be small but nice. In this case furniture was broken and old, soft bad always moved, The 2 rooms where on the sunny side on 7 floor the room was a dust box. we could not wait everyday to get out of it. The room stuff did not clean them well. The breakfast was nice nothing to say about that. May be we stayed 20 days and that is to long for this hotel. The front desk people where not nice, In this huge hotel no business center! They would ask you to pay to print something out. The hotel is very dirty and has old feel of it.It was worst 29 days stay at Yurmala. Latvia felt like Ukraine they had flags of Ukraine everywhere building busses inside hotels it was discussing.

Welcoming staff.
We vacationed with our family and our four-legged friend.
2.5 hours of SPA on Friday and 1.5 hours on Saturday.
Tasty breakfast.
Visiting the hotel in January with the whole family has already become our good tradition. 👍

I have known this hotel since its opening, as I have worked with it for many years. In fact, my wedding was held in this hotel in 2012. This visit was quite emotional. I was pleasantly surprised by the renovations in the rooms, but I was disappointed with the breakfast, which had become simpler. Although this did not significantly affect my emotions, everything was fine, except for one incident: On July 29, at 17:57, REbars was working as an administrator at the reception. The situation with him was very frustrating when he pointed at us and said, "Wait!" However, when another girl asked him in English, he kindly helped her. This was unprofessional and disappointing. The service in Jurmala is excellent, but he ruined it. It seems that our language upset him. It's a pity.

Excellent experience. Kids and I loved the SPA! The included breakfast was exceptional! Friendly and professional personnel at the hotel. Location is very convenient. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was not great, limited selection to make sandwiches, almost no cheese, ham etc to have on sandwiches. The hot selection, bacon looked boiled and not fried and we would prefer natural fried eggs instead of really bad watery omelette. All the juice was sweetened, prefer naturally
