Razelm Luxury Resort

Too expensive for what a so called 4 stars Resort is offering. We booked a small house on the river. The breakfast was good, other position in the menu were re-interpreted by the chef in a less successfull way. When we arrived they said we can not pay in Eur, although when we booked the confirmation was in Eur so no i formation about the impossibility to pay in Eur. First dinner we ordered ravioli for the kid, they came simply cold inside(made from frozen ravioli), starting from that day, we where eating in the Villages nearby. The swimming pool is TOO small for such a Resort, in the pictures it seems big, but it can not accommodate more than 8 people one time. Would not recommend this resort for long stays. Maximum 1 night.

Stayed for 2 nights at the bungalows. Excellent experience, you fell like you have your private place, near the water, you fell you are far from all activities and can listen to the sound of nature. All is very nice done, with local touch but all the comfort you need. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Food at restaurant is good, lot of fish, I would prefer to have more choices of not fried ones.

We stayed here for a weekend break, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is well designed and furnished, the rooms are smart, comfortable and well equipped. The location and the facilities at the hotel are very impressive, with activities for all the family. The restaurant is very good, with an interesting menu offering a wide selection of choice, including local seafood dishes, the service, care and attention for the guests from the staff is very good, top marks to Alex, who was attentive to our needs, shared his knowledge on the food and wines. A really enjoyable weekend, highly recommend Razelm Luxury Resort.
