In the district of Juns 2.5 km from the centre of Lanersbach, 4 km from the centre of Hintertux, 12 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, 2.8 km from the skiing area. Private: terrace, garden furniture. In the house: WiFi, sauna, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer, heating to be paid on the spot (01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Grocery 2.5 km, restaurant 150 m, indoor swimming pool 12 km. Walking paths from the house 20 m, ski lift 1.8 km, gondola lift 2.8 km, skisport facilities 2.8 km, ski bus stop 200 m. Pleasant chalet, equipped with every comfort Some tips for the future 1 provide extra lighting above the salon seats 2 replace the mattresses (there are holes in them) 3 say in the advertisement that there is no view of the landscape

The information folder could use a friendlier overhaul! Reads very menacingly! Sparmarkt is not open on Sundays!

The chalet is very nice, cozy, spacious and well equipped. Very clean and tidy. Arrive and feel good. A winning kind of landlady. Everything just perfect for a great stay.
