Bad response from hotel staff, no cleaning service, no hygeine

Location not so good parking not available
no food available at all surprised no water bottle also available. Amenities not good
bed mattress and pillow cover dirty
bathroom was terrible. No cleaning at all. Room fan not working
hot water not available for bath. Lift not working
staff was very rude unmatuared. . . Pathetic experience at this place very dissatisfied from make my trip recommendations.

I waited more than 2 hours for check in, no hot water in the room, water tap leakage in the washroom, no ventilation in the room. Room rent is not worth the provided services

Cleaning is not there, i have shared photos of toilet bath on email. No service at all. No water bottle provided in room, no toiletries, tv is not working, collins are not clean, staff is arrogant, even not at par with 1000rs room in surround area.

We booked but once we reach there it takes 1 hr them to clean room..they provided us room where fan was working on speed of 1 we raised concern after that some of there staff told it's same speed..after some time they changed room no bath soap no towel in rooms ,not cleaned
