Old!! No air conditioning

Here is the straight forward honest review of this place, of which I have stayed on two seperate occaisions. The first day was a good stay with me and my wife being there for a couple of nights no problems everything good. The second and most recent stay just a week ago was different, first of all the unit we stayed in was directly above the office and it was a large unit with a beautiful view, The kitchen and bathroom were clean and the kitchen had a Keurig coffee maker, I did notice however that the place was a little rundown but that’s OK, we had a good stay with great snowboarding at June mountain, however on Saturday sometime while we were snowboarding someone from the hotel came and replenish the coffee pods, but they didn’t bother to check the single most important item in any hotel or motel the toilet paper. Sunday morning I called the office and very politely asked if we could get some toilet paper, The man who answered who I assume must’ve been the owner manager Jeff paused for quite some time then made a loud exhale and the tone of his voice sounded agitated and annoyed and said OK I’ll bring you some toilet paper… but he never did bring that toilet paper in fact I’m still waiting for it. What kind of a person would ruin somebody’s day over something as simple as toilet paper? I can only imagine that he may have some other problems he’s dealing with or he’s just sick of being a motel manager owner. So in conclusion the place is in a good location the rooms are decent the only problem is the attitude of the proprietor. Rich.

Truly disappointing experience The office was closed and no one was on site. The keys and receipt with personal information as left in an envelope tape to the office door along with several others. Dishes and towels were stained and dirty. Wi-Fi was not working and we were unable to get extra pillows. I was extremely disappointed!

Great little Hotel With a Amazing View. Excellent front Desk manager So welcoming & Kind. Hotel is Great & the View of the mountains and massive Waterfall across the street is a huge bonus. Wake up to the sound of water, having coffee from your bench outside your room huge bonus. The kitchen was a nice surprise

Nice place Very good location, close to Silver lake. Spacious room with separate breakfast room was nice. In my opinion this place it’s a good value.

Not a bad idea Very clean for an out of date hotel. No complaints regarding cleanliness. I never saw any staff but other than that I was very pleased with the quality.
