No sound proofing and the level of clientele this place attracts are apparently not the sort of people who observe the quiet hours. Two of the three nights of my stay, they yelled conversations at the tops of their lungs and made noise that sounded like furniture being moved (i.e slamming things against the wall). Not all the cabins even seemed booked, so why we were even placed next to each other, when other options may have been available? The pictures also give a false depiction of the condition of these cabins. You're at the mercy of people not behaving like total trash.

Unbelievably small. Kitchen has no stove, but has two burners you have to reach around the fridge to access. Bathroom was crazy small, shower was as big as an old phone booth. Had to walk sideways just to get through the “hall” leading to the bedroom. My son and I made due, just way overpriced for what it was. My friend stayed for the same price a block away and his place was awesome compared to this. Not for skiing trip, maybe for one person fishing.

Great times in June Lake
We really enjoyed our stay. This was our first time staying in June Lake. The property location was very nice. Our unit was stocked well with the essential supplies in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Location is great! Short walk to good restaurants, general store and June Lake Brewery. We also enjoyed the fire pits. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
