Customer service is horrible place was empty and still wanted to argue because we woke him up. Must be nice to sleep while you work. Then kept adding stuff to price went from a $50 hotel to $125 by the end of it so we left. Go during the day cause if you wake him it will be expensive

This place is not terrible, but it certainly could be better. With just a little investment it could be a quiet, comfortable, quaint motor lodge in an interesting location. Unfortunately, it is now mostly a place a few blocks off the interstate that is a few bucks cheaper then the chains by the highway, and content to accept their overflow. But overall is safe, clean, and comfortable enough. Especially compared with the other off-brand/no-brand choices in town (and the name-brand places aren't exactly gems themselves).

Even though the building is dated, most everything was freshened up. A nice clean and quiet place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty limited, although the Texas shaped waffles looked amazing. Great location. A very good doughnut shop and very good burger stand are right across the street.

Good location with several restaurants nearby (shout out for the donut place across the street). Not “squeaky clean” but it was adequate. Biggest complaint is that the WiFi did not work - you could connect but only for a few seconds. This was the same experience across several different devices.

This is our “go to place” when visiting Junction. The staff is always friendly. The rooms are always clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Rates are always affordable. Great location in the town, centrally located for all of our activities. We always feel safe when staying here.

This is the first time I stay in here . Overall it is very warm and welcoming ! Very clean very up-kept. The room was very fresh very clean and very nice . Nice clean sheets and towels ! Within walking distance of several restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Very quiet as well . Only complaint I had was housekeeping could have done a little better job with the finer details. The fan in the bathroom which has a light in it as well looks like it had not been cleaned in quite a while. There were debris and bugs in there. The air conditioning screen looks like it could have been cleaned as well it was a little dirty. Being that I’m 6’3 and showerhead seem to be very low. I actually had to bend over to get underneath the shower head . I would definitely rate it five stars !

We stayed in an America's Best last night in Junction TX and it was good. This place not so much. Shower is dirty, needs a good scrubbing. Shower head hardly works, bed sheets had hair on them, not sure if they were washed or not.

The beds are unbelievably HARD. We all woke up feeling like we had camped and slept on the ground. Honestly sleeping in dirt might have been more comfortable. The walls are thin. Door didn't latch correctly. Neighborhood dogs and roosters going crazy insanely early in the morning. No breakfast. Staff not friendly at check-in. Bathroom not renovated and pretty disgusting. Would not choose to stay here again.
