This is one of the most terrible hotels I’ve ever stayed.
Got there later than my check in time which was not a problem but the receptionist was so rude and disrespectful to my sister and I.
He kept yelling at us for no reason,we asked him which side our room was located but he gave us a vague answer so we decided to go look for it ourselves. We couldn’t find it so we came back to double check. This man lost it and started yelling at us to take a picture of the exit instructions and go look for it ourselves. Like seriously?

The room amenities were nice, but the coffee machine didn't hold water in a paper cup, and there was a leak near the side. During check-in, the friendly staff member on duty gave me a higher price than what I'd seen online. After booking online, I checked in, but the staff member said they hadn't received my reservation and would wait an hour. I reported this to the booking agent, who said I'd booked through an agent and told me to wait and see. I asked the staff member if I could connect to the WiFi, but they said it wasn't available at Chicki. Fortunately, my customer service representative responded quickly, resolving the issue within 20 minutes. However, during check-in, the staff member, knowing I was a foreigner with limited English, continued to speak at a breakneck pace with a blank expression, a first for me on my trip to the US. However, the other staff members were very friendly at breakfast and check-out the next morning.

Room was clean the building itself didn't look real safe. We were to have a floor room and we were told they do not use the bottom floor so we had to use stairs. Husband is on oxygen and we both have bad knees so not real happy with that. Breakfast was only packaged muffin like from a warehouse. OK but would not call that breakfast.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place with not only great amenities but also staff who truly care about their guests. We'll definitely be returning!

This was the best hotel I’ve ever been to and I think I’m gonna go there again because it has the best customer service as the best owner like everything about it is the best. It also had the best rooms like beds and things like the breakfast which was the greatest thing in there.

Horrible experience. Owner had no desire to support the guests in leaving. Owner lied to guests on multiple occasions. Breakfast sucks. Spend 20 mor dollars for the Hampton Nextdoor. When some guests asked for shoves because the owner had no intention of plowing the driveway, they were initially denied. I was as the last dig out and wanted to submit a bill for shoveling the parking lot, just so I could leave.

This motel is actually better than most reviews left im actually unsure why its rated so poorly cause the staff is amazing and they treat military personnel very well and offer a huge discount the rooms are clean and they do everything they can to meet your needs the management is actually really sweet
