After spending my first night here, I wrote a review and was very unhappy about how dark the parking lot was and frustrated with an employee. After meeting and chatting with the Hotel Manager, I learned she has over two decades of property management experience (WOAH!), and she recently took over (ironically, on the second day of my stay). Management transitions can be stressful for staff, and now I understand the tension on the first night. She addressed my concerns about the dark parking lot and informed me if I experience any issues with guests, to let her know immediately. Due to her experience with property management, I realized she takes a resident approach with her guests, and we are not just hotel "guests." In addition, the laundry facility on site is fantastic. There are stickers on machines informing you if you download an app, you can pay for laundry via android/apple pay, credit, and debit card. YOU DON'T NEED QUARTERS! The machines use Bluetooth to connect to your app very convenient for families.
