WoodSpring Suites Junction City

We stayed here waiting to get on base. The rooms aren't to bad it was a nice room but having a nice room wasn't worth it. Someone tried to get into our room several times all hours of the night n day. The other guest that were there I did not feel safe around at all. They would be several people just hanging out in the hallways smashed n partying hopping from room to room loud as hell! And than to top it off all my husband's civilian clothes an a bunch of other stuff was stolen an when I let the front desk know they basically said"well that's not on us an not our problem its yours" They have no cameras anywhere! If I could give this hotel the biggest negative rating possible I would! Spend the extra money n get a different hotel trust me it will pay off in the end!!!!

After spending my first night here, I wrote a review and was very unhappy about how dark the parking lot was and frustrated with an employee. After meeting and chatting with the Hotel Manager, I learned she has over two decades of property management experience (WOAH!), and she recently took over (ironically, on the second day of my stay). Management transitions can be stressful for staff, and now I understand the tension on the first night. She addressed my concerns about the dark parking lot and informed me if I experience any issues with guests, to let her know immediately. Due to her experience with property management, I realized she takes a resident approach with her guests, and we are not just hotel "guests." In addition, the laundry facility on site is fantastic. There are stickers on machines informing you if you download an app, you can pay for laundry via android/apple pay, credit, and debit card. YOU DON'T NEED QUARTERS! The machines use Bluetooth to connect to your app very convenient for families.

My three small children and I were staying here due to being temporarily homeless (waiting a few weeks on apartment to be ready). When checking in this woman named Ty was extremely helpful answering questions because we are not from junction city… She was extremely helpful and understanding. A few days later I didn’t see Ty anymore and it was this man. Anything I asked he either said no or he didn’t know… I asked for a broom because I have messy toddlers and some towels and he just seemed like I was wasting his time. He said there wasn’t a broom back there and then walked back to his room and didn’t give me any towels. Also if you are a single mother or a woman alone park in the front directly near the doors or towards the hotel behind woodspring suits. There are no cameras throughout the parking lot. It gets very dark. When I was smoking outside on the phone with a friend some man high or drunk commented on my clothes and was staring at me while talking to a friend. I ignored it and his friend kept telling him to “chill, chill” Bring your phone will you when going outside alone at night and call a friend or pretend to be on the phone. Some male guests made me feel unsafe.
