We chose this hotel, as it has the brand name "Sarovar Portico". We stayed from 29th October to 31st October was thoroughly disappointed with the behavior of the staff. While the hotel's facilities were satisfactory, the rude and unprofessional attitude of the female staff at the front desk and the female staff at the restaurant completely ruined my experience. From checking in to checking out, I encountered staff members who seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Simple requests were met with eye-rolling, sighs, and long delays. The staff failed to address my concerns promptly, leaving me feeling ignored and disrespected. They are extremely arrogant, rude and unfriendly. We wanted to order jain food from the al la carte menu, for in room dining and for breakfast. So without even consulting the chef, they said that most of the dishes can't be prepared in jain. Then we spoke with the chef and he agreed to prepare jain food, which we wanted. All the chefs are very understanding and co-operative. The food that they prepared was very tasty. This incident happened not just once but thrice. Every time we requested for jain food, it was turned down by the female staff at the restaurant. The lack of courtesy and warmth from the staff was shocking, especially considering the hotel's reputation. As a paying customer, I expect basic respect and courtesy, which was sadly missing during my stay I will not recommend this hotel to all the jain people. If one wants to eat jain food, you have to speak with the chef every time. All the female staff are highly untrained and unfit to be in the hospitality industry.. One doesn't expect this kind of service from the brand name "Sarovar portico". *Specific Issues:* - Long wait times at check-in and check-out - Unresponsive female staff - Dismissive attitude towards customer concerns - Lack of helpfulness with basic requests *Recommendation:* Until the hotel addresses its staffing issues, I would advise others to reconsider staying here. *Will I return?* Unfortunately, no.
