Booked 11 rooms through Yatradham.org. We informed Yatradham staff that we will be reaching around 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. because the staff at hotel did not attend the phone call. When we reached the hotel at 11 p.m. on 27-02-2025, the rooms were absolutely dirty, uncleaned, bedsheets had not been changed, pillow covers had hairs stuck on them, towels, hand wash soaps and drinking water were not kept in the rooms. We had heated arguments with one Mr. Mohan on telephone as he was not available in the hotel. He said that, at this hour of the day, no housekeeping staff is ready to come to hotel now, hence they will be cleaned tomorrow.

The water heater was not working at all. The hotel management couldn't change us to other room. They did not have any other provision for this. Don't expect cleanliness in the hotel and room. Room service is not that good since the hotel is understaffed. In house restaurant is not value for money, instead go for local available options nearby. Lift was not operational, one has to climb stairs for reaching their room.

Place was clean. Good service. Restaurant timing was little odd so can't say anything about food. Location is also good. Some good hotel nearby to eat out. Staff was friendly.

Staff are careless, owner is careless no value for guest, insect are roaming on bed, ac, tv, watch, intercom, wifi aren't working. Housekeeping staff are make food in kitchen and front office staff working as service team. Staff have no manners about communication & body language. They don't know when u ordered food, they didn't pickup call at reception. I personally suggest please don't stay at this hotel.
