Ótima localização, recepção, café da manhã e acomodações. Ele pertence aos mesmos donos do CONSTANTINO HOTEL que fica no mesmo quarteirão. As diárias do CONSTANTINO HOTEL é que estão muito caras, é preciso que os preços caiam para atrair mais clientes.

Hotel com estrutura já antiga mas que atende bem as necessidades. Era um hotel de luxo no passado. Senti falta de uma cama king size. A limpeza do banheiro não estava 100%. A manutenção da piscina e entorno não estava bem feita. Café da manhã muito bom, farto, com variedade. Mas poucos funcionários para atender, ficando muitas mesas sem serem novamente preparadas para utilização. Utilizamos uma mesa que não estava preparada. Mas estava tudo delicioso. Achei que o hotel tem bom custo benefício.

If I had been guided by some reviews I read about the Ritz, I might not have stayed. On the contrary! We were very well received at the Reception, which operates 24 hours. Great accommodation, large room, impeccable bed and towels, excellent bathroom with wonderful shower. We were surprised with a beautiful breakfast, with plenty of variety and replacement at all times. The parking entrance is small for large cars, but that's a small detail. The location is close to all central commerce. In other words, staying at the Ritz is worth it!

The employees are great, the managers leave early, there is no air conditioning technician on duty, the air breaks, again, the employees are great. Typical structure from the 80s/90s which justifies the price, the photographs are out of date, there is only one buffet restaurant and it is not cheap. And in the surrounding area there is only pizza and a steakhouse, because it is located in the center. And clean ? AND. Will I return? Only if it's winter, today's heat is not for amateurs.

Booking from 18-20 August 2023. Very well located and with parking, although tight, it met our needs. It was convenient. Good reception service and good guidance on how the hotel operates. Despite being a room facing the main road, the sound insulation was very reasonable. The first night the wifi signal was interrupted, but it came back. Around 10:30 pm it seemed like there was an iron service cart in the hallway making a lot of noise. I observed  2 ants in my bed the first night. When taking a shower, I noticed the stained and torn towel in the corner and toilet paper not consistent with a 4-star hotel. Positive point for the shower with excellent water flow and perfect temperature in addition to a very good breakfast. Hotel with swimming pool, but does not use the facility.

Bad hotel. Room smells like mold, closed... No sockets, old, no ventilation, old and bad pillows, really bad mattress too. Wifi doesn't work properly. Breakfast with moldy bread. The staff are quite polite. And the shower is very good, but I don't plan on even going through the door anymore.

The hotel is pretty bad. I chose the hotel for its central location, but it would have been better to have stayed elsewhere and used a taxi or Uber. The positive points: service. The negatives: old and light bed that moved when I lay down (I had to get up and move it away from the wall); hard and uncomfortable mattress; wifi that didn't work (frustrating especially if you have to use it for work); breakfast (a breakfast without cheese bread in a hotel in Minas).

I checked in yesterday and was told that breakfast would be until 11am, and there was even a sign in the elevator announcing the same time. I arrived at the restaurant at 10:10 today and the door was locked, the doorman informed me that management had changed the opening hours. They gathered several people to complain to the person in charge who ended up releasing them, but he was resisted and was rude. It was a very bad experience, I felt poorly treated and I am outraged.
