Cozy and authentic hotel with good location. 1 min walk from train station, quiet area. The bed was surprisingly soft, spacious rooms and incredibly cozy and helpful staff. I was here at my birthday, and the staff gave me a present and card😍 The breakfast could be better with more alternatives, and I miss sunbeads at the pool. However, I would like to come back to this cute hotel-I love the vibe here😍

Pros: A1 Hotel, clean, newly renovated, excellent service and breakfast. Close to beach and nightlife of Juan les Pins. Owner very handsome and helpful! Close to restaurant and shopping by walking. Very quiet street not noisy at all. Cons: None

We booked Hotel de Sud as our base for a long weekend over the 1st of May. The location is great — really convenient for getting to the beach, the city center, and all the main attractions in the area. The interiors are nicely done, and breakfast was good with a decent variety. Just a couple of things they could improve: it would be nice if they provided slippers, especially since there’s carpet in the room. Also, the light on the bathroom mirror is really dim, which makes shaving or doing your skincare routine a bit tricky. Overall, I’d recommend it — but I do think these small things could make a big difference.

Very convenient location about 100 steps from the train station and a 5-minute walk from the Palais des congrès. For a decent rate, the rooms are small but well appointed. Daily maid service was impeccable. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. There is a bar and secluded pool area. Fun to relax out there. There is a continental breakfast with obligatory croissants and cafe au lait. In all, we had a lovely stay.

Absolutely lovely property. Immaculately clean! The fluffiest towels you would ever use. First night we slept for 10 hours the bed was so comfy. The staff are lovely and welcoming and extremely helpful and friendly. We had an early flight and were able to check out online and leave the room cards. The hotel is situated 8mins walk to Juan Le Pins beach and the whole area is walkable. En route you will find numerous places to eat and drink and various prices. The beach is lovely, clear water and lots of families having fun. To get there we got bus 82 from Nice Airport (T2 bus stop 3 - it also stops at terminal 1) getting off at La Regence takes about 30 minutes. from there it’s an 8 minute walk to the hotel over the railway bridge. The bus cost €10.90 per adult amd you can pay cash or card directly on the bus. We got the timetable to get the bus back. The bus stop to return to Nice Airport is next to the Spar shop and you should get to the bus stop about 15 minutes before it’s due as it sometimes comes early. Overall we had an excellent time in Juan Le Pins and exploring Antibes and will definitely be back without hesitation as the time went too quickly.
