跟**一樣，今早上去退房，前台直接不見了，打三個電話沒接，然後心思先走，**大門直接鎖上了，你大門關個**哪裡都找不到人。初七上班第一天就請假，真晦氣。後來來了個人，去3樓叫前台，人前台擱三樓睡覺呢，一來一句道歉沒有，真**。

2.房間裏的電視不能看
3.出去考試還沒退房11點回來房間的卡就不能用了，進不去門
