The room was spacious and comfortable. The food at the Lunasol restaurant was delicious and the price was reasonable, but the beer I ordered and paid for wasn't brought because some staff pretended to understand English even though they didn't.
The swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi were all clean and easy to use. Regarding the use of the golf driving range on the premises, different staff members said different things, so it was confusing as I could use it on the first day but not the next day.
It cost 300 PLN to let my dog stay for three nights.
The nearby Supar seems to have closed, but there is a Lidl 15 minutes walk away which was convenient. 1

Pas au niveau pour moi
Séjour plutôt moyen dans l'établissement en ce qui me concerne. Dommage car la chambre était plutôt agréable, spacieuse et elle était propre.
En revanche j'ai dîné sur place et le repas était vraiment quelconque et plutôt cher au regard de ce que j'ai eu dans l'assiette.
Si on passe sur la fiesta qui a animé l'hôtel de musiques endiablées jusque tard dans la soirée c'était pas trop mal 😉.
Par contre la jeune fille qui m'a couru après au moment du petit-déjeuner pour me demander de régler mon repas (comme à un voleur) aurait pu avoir des manières un peu plus délicates et par exemple m'indiquer qu'il n'était pas inclus avec ma chambre et appeler la réception pour le faire ajouter à ma note puisque mon check out n'était pas encore fait! Clairement pas aux standards qu'ils voudraient se donner en terme de service clients...

Byłam kolejny raz. Bardzo dużo ludzi z małymi szalejącymi dziećmi, ale to związane jest z wojną na Ukrainie. Duże zastrzeżenia do obslugi w restauracji. Młodzi kelnerzy wyglądają, jakby byli brani z łapanki. Hotel polecam i na pewno tam wrócę

Hotel bardzo czysty, zadbany.
Bardzo przyjemny basen, fajne sauny, przesympatyczna pani obslugująca całe spa. Serdecznie pozdrawiamy!
Jedzenie niestety bardzo slabej jakosci. Wszystko smazone na fryturze, nieprzyprawione, bez soli. Na plus - bardzo duże i mocne drinki. Chętnie jeszcze byśmy odwiedziły to miejsce na nasze babskie weekendy, ale kuchnia nas zawiodła:(
