Spa Hotels in Joue-les-Tours

Having used Camponile in France before it was an easy choice to try them again on a recent trip across France. I knew I was travelling this way so made a reservation a few weeks earlier, I received a warm welcome and even my poor French was understood however the chap on reception spoke English. My room was the usual finest green in all the land but was nice and clean. I had booked a twin room as it was just me and was cheaper on the website but I was given a lovely double on the ground floor I liked not having to use the stairs. I booked a meal in the restaurant for opening at 1900, I do like to eat earlier but over the years have become accustomed to the later eating times in France. I did have to move from the first table I sat at as the aircon unit was super loud but the second table by the window was fine. I chose the simple steak and the recommended wine, This was very good wine but cost more then the meal as I later found out but hey ho a nice treat after a long days drive. Slept well in the usual comfy bed had a great shower. I make the journey across France regularly and now am torn between this place and the campanile in Orleans but will defiantly stay in either of them again,

la personne a l'accueil très agréable. ce serais bien de nettoyer les bondes du lavabos et de la douche écoulement de l'eau difficile; le petit déjeuner toujours très bien; Nous avons profiter de la réduction sur la facture au restaurant Campanil

Ok for a quick stopover, but in need of a revamp. Rooms are clean, but dated. No air con so very hot. Only a small fan to try to keep cool. Breakfast was ok, but at 8.30am had run out of milk for cereal which was never replaced, coffee machine also out of milk and took an age to replenish pancakes and pastries. Pool was nice for a quick dip for the kids, but got bitten to death by mosquitoes. Not in the nicest area with half built building next door and we’ll hidden entrance.

The room for four was perfect .The air conditioning worked perfectly .Clean littery without bad smell .The breakfast was clean and pleasant, closed parking the evening for safety a very good welcome. I would return there without problem
